Great Host and talent...but

The judging is the worst. Unfortunately all reviews are correct the judges are not good at this. Why where they chosen?????

Scott Folley is great and has great insight. Luckily minimal Ellen in the show.

Chicago Party Aunt (2021–2022)
Unfortunate, not funny
21 September 2021
What year was this written? It feels quite dated and like the writers just recycled old jokes from the 90's. Such a shame Netflix gave this show a season and got rid of so many other good shows.

The Other One (2017– )
Great mix of comedy and drama

It's funny but not in a pushy way. Interesting plot with several well written female characters that are funny and have lives that don't revolve around men.

Terrible accents.

The southern accents are pretty darn terrible, especially the lead character. The dialogue is over reaching and far to flowery to be realistic. A waste of talented actors.

Ted Lasso (2020–2023)
I truly did not expect to like this.

I really did not think I'd like this show one bit. Hannah Waddingham Is wonderful, she is so very talented at portraying a mix of emotions. Jason Sudeikis does a great job as a genuinely caring and well meaning coach. It's funny and charming. The chemistry between Ted and Rebecca makes the show worth watching.

Invasive and depressing.

Warning: Spoilers
I can see how this was funny at the time to younger people as those who were listening to it as it was happening. This is ultimately a story of a bunch of guys trying to profit off of men with alcoholism and calling it art. They are selling these gentlemen's death certificates for profit. Not worth the time.

Can not wait for more episodes. This show will make you cringe and smile. The honesty and positivity is inspiring.

Indian Matchmaking (2020– )
What a disappointing show
17 August 2020
Some who appear are quite charming but that is ver much overshadowed buy the many downsides. I was so excited to learn about a process I knew nothing about. I found the obsession and implied superiority of "fair" and "light" skin tones over dark disgusting.

Waste of talent offensive
28 April 2020
Would have been a cute movie. The humor was only negative gay jokes. Apparently the writers have no skill and can only come up with dated offensive jokes. Like this was written by a teenage child in the early 90's. Don't waste your time.
