The prince and me was a pretty typical film, with a worn out plot. Not to mention an annoying view on Danes. Some of the things that bothered me on what I mentioned above, was the names in particular. Edward, Rosalind, Arabella...they could at the least have tried giving the names a Danish feel. And there is the fact that Denmark does NOT have a king, we have a queen! The Queens husband is not called a king, but a prince, because he married into the royal family, and a king will always range higher then a queen. Sorry, that was besides the point......Anyway this movie does have some quite funny moments that makes it worth watching, and I kinda liked the scene at the table with Edward telling Paige's brothers a few things about Denmark. Another thing that made me smile, was that they hadn't abandoned the Danish language completely, but had inserted some speech with it. 4.5/10 stars.

An OK movie!

Troy...though not the greatest movie of all times, is an all-out OK movie!
Unfortunately the actors have all been better, in so many other movies! Only 2 performances stood out greatly. Those are Eric Bana and Sean Bean!
Eric Bana, delivered a really great performance in the role of Hector the oldest prince of Troy. He really managed to give his character depth.
Sean Bean, in the role of Odysseus, also delivered a beautiful performance! Too bad he was horribly overlooked! But he acted well in the small scenes that was given him! The directors just didn't use his talent to his full extent!
The others, Brad Pitt and, though it griefs me to say this, Orlando Bloom in particular, didn't act good enough to even mention! How sad!
But as I said this movie is OK, though not much more then that!
My Grade: 7.5/10

Brilliant movie!! Just like the other 2, 'The lord of the rings, The return of the king' is a true masterpiece! Brilliant music, acting and everything else there is to mention in a movie. Though there is one thing that has annoyed me through all 3 films. Arwen! Being played by Liv Tyler has done the charakter of the Elven-lady no good. But that is of course only my opinion! Back to the actual point, I only have one comment left: If you haven't already, you should see this movie. It's worth every penny!
