Otona no miru ehon - Umarete wa mita keredo (1932)
10 years later
I enjoyed the film very much. I liked the stories, the characters, the settings and so on.
There are a lot of children in the film and the film was released in 1932 and I kept thinking that all of them must've fought in the war.
Alien Apocalypse (2005)
Pretty lame but I couldn't turn it off
This is probably for Bruce Campbell fans only. Low-budget, cheesy production. Campbell and three other astronauts return to Earth after 40 years in space (suspended animation mostly, so they haven't aged). They discover bug aliens have taken over the planet. Most humans are dead and the remaining people either are slaves for the bugs or are slave-drivers for the bugs. The bugs are harvesting wood, which is very valuable to them. Wood is their favorite food, human heads is their second favorite (there are a few grody head-eating scenes - yeesh). Campbell and his bunch are captured, he escapes, his astronaut girlfriend doesn't. They round up a group of rebels. They attempt to fight the bugs. And...did I mention it's cheesy? Still, I'm a Campbell fan and I managed to watch it all.
