Like every other human being, I'm suffering of the obligation to work, it's dull, it's unsignificant, it's draining my youth out of my body..
Eventually will die of a slow and painful death, of course...For now, at 28, I enjoy life and its pleasure.
My TOP 250
I made a consciencious decision of not putting number from 1 to 250. For a very simple reason: how can I decide between 102 and 105? Why 102 comes before 105? What would be my premises for that crucial decision? So those are my 250 favorites films in any order you want. Even for me the order is changing depending on my moods.

Reviews
La moitié gauche du frigo (2000)
Clever and genuine, facing reality with wit!
The misconception and the high expectations that University students have about the ideal job can be deceiving, facing the reality of the availability (or lack of) of works without compromising their principles is harsh. The concept "documentary" that Philippe Falardeau choose is the perfect example of Québec way to resolve the problem of lack of money to do a movie. And it works perfectly. Some of the dialogues in this movie are simply sharp and clever. Falardeau found a great way to expose the contingencies of the real world that we live in by following a young man freshly out of school ready to conquer the world.
Les voisins (1987)
Talking to someone about nothing
There's a story about neighbours that don't really like each other or know each other but manage most of the time to avoid each other, excluding one day. That day, by mistake or politeness, one neighbour invites the other and unlucky him, he accepts. From this, another very unpleasant and annoying neighbour invites himself to that unwelcome evening. I don't have to mention that the wives are also very bothered by this unfortunate evening, what we'll they wear? They will all have to find things to talk about and find another way to really answering, anyway no one cares about their answers. FUNNY!
Albertine, en cinq temps (2000)
An outstanding and intelligent view of woman through time.
First of all, this is a movie based on an excellent play of Michel Tremblay. Even if the direction of Andre Melancon and Martine Beaulne did not distanced itself enough from the play to make this movie a little different than the play, it is still one of the best screenplay on woman that you could ever find. You literally see what life, the ups and downs of it, can do to one woman. Albertine is interacting and talking to herself from 30 to 70 years old and her sister who had it easy compared to her. The movie is portraying duel of her happy against her bitter, her sad against her idealistic and so on... Touching and overpowering!
Libera me (1993)
The visual impact of political resistance
There's no dialogue in this movie because it doesn't need it. The visual do all the work. Every image is poetic and political. In this movie, we follow the resistants of a dictatorial regime through their effort of escaping it. In this case, an image equal thousand words. Flawless and important, a must see for every human being!
