Watched several times, what a masterpiece!!, High class characters, old fashioned and down to earth. I would say this is a carefully crafted movie. Everything on this... loyalty, greediness, betrayal, discipline, you name it.

What a scenic movie....every frame was carefully crafted and so rich. Long held camera shots are unbelievable and can't understand how much effort was given in.

What a beautiful movie this was. A must watch. Unbelievable story line and acting in 1946. Never gets old. Movies carries such a vibrant and incredible message. Hats off to the players.
