Love, Lies and Seeta (2012)
wonderful story
Love lies and seeta By far, the best Indie movie I have seen ever! Epic, original, spell-binding, deep, emotionally-nuanced, artsy, and simply human. The main characters Seeta from the very start. I guarantee there will be at least a single character you will be able to deeply relate to. If you are wondering whether to see this movie, don't! Go and see it now, you won't regret it. It is well worth the 2 hours you will spend watching!!! I found the characters to be realistic. This is not a Hollywood high octane movie, rather a wonderful story composed of characters you can relate. In addition to a poignant a well-written script, the scenery is simply beautiful and breath-taking. The actors are magnificent and you immediately get drawn to the story. There are also a lot of really campy comedy moments throughout that seem very out of place. Then again, this film doesn't really have a personal style. The whole film is completely random. Props to director and writer. Fantastic editing. The cast did a awesome job, too. Sounds great and looks great. This movie made me get all rock steady if you know what I mean. Plus it was fun. The movie starts off with just nothing and you hear this crazy sound and you think Life is nothing but only love romance and music...
Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi (2012)
Unexpectedly hilarious and clever. Life ki Toh Lag gayi subverts all expectations
This movie was so well written and is unlike any bollywood movie I have ever seen!!! I have to say I am impressed. Writing and direction of Rakesh Mehata is balanced and combination of relationship with comedy and consistency is the soul of the movie.Logical approach of the director makes sense towards communicating the script. The film's direction kept the scenes and plot lines moving to keep you interested at a comfortable pace with great doses of Rakesh Mehta. I loved the cast.Four stories running simultaneously in the film without any gap or fault. K.K. Menon, Ranveer Shori, Manurishi Holds the Movies.Bangali will definitely keep you laughing . It's a fresh and a very much needed change from the silly better-forgotten so-called comedies that Bollywood has overloaded the audience with. The execution is first rate. It's very well-paced. The songs and background score contribute well to the mood and atmosphere and adds to the flow. The cinematography and light effects are super. It's great to see bollywood cinema back in a clever comedy after a long time and he does it very naturally. It was very well written and often fresh with well developed characters you enjoy to watch. It is definitely a must see movie of 2012.
