Aura: Maryuuin Koga saigo no tatakai (2013)
This movie undermines itself at the climax!
You probably never herd of this movie and this is why.
This movie is about bringing a Chunibyo back to reality.
Unfortunately the main climax scene, supposed to be in reality, is completely unrealistic. They should of used a reality based scene.
Other then that, it's still just an average show.
1 viewing and forgettable. 4/10.
If you looking for something that has a real reality based overcoming mental issues, then push though the first episode of the N. H. K. Completely realistic and way worth your time over this!
Komikku pâtî (2001)
I would recommend season1 only!
The first season was very good and nostalgic. A 2001 oldy but goody with a nice story arc. The ending ran short leaving the viewers wanting more. Then there's season 2 (4 years later) with nothing other then the characters and manga in common. There's no real story arc with 13 stand alone eps, the characters learning arcs where gone like it never happened, it's troped out, with 1 really annoyingly bad Bronx accent. I found myself distracted by other things very easily to the point by eps. 10 I just wanted this cash cow to end. At the end of ep. 13 it said "To be continued...?" It wasn't, because the producers missed the "sol" reason in first season making it clearly obvious the producers for season 2 didn't even watch the first season... I would highly suggest watching season 1 but not season 2.
8/10 season1..... 2/10 season 2.
Akudama Drive (2020)
It definitely doesn't deserve all the hype.
I binge watched it.
Like the first Suicide Squad It ended up being just an average 1 viewing show. It started off really good but then turned into a netflixer.
What kind of ending was that? "That's your clue".
A 5 just an average 5.
RideBack (2009)
6 for the art and idea but it's just another lackluster.
I have not read the manga but that's not the full problem.
The show starts off promising but it ended up eating itself because of the lack of eps. And a lack of showing ride time. The supposed 2 weeks training was missing and at the end when she finally ballet danced with the Rideback it's all cutup with flash backs. They didn't even show the final moves so you have no idea how she pulled it off leaving you feeling disappointed. It also left out what happened to her Rideback? It's a machine and they were already fixing them so were did it go?
If it had just a couple more eps. And let the viewer see the final battle/dance this series would of been a 10 but instead comes off feeling like an Netflix original!
Doobious Business (2019)
If you like weed doc's then give it a go.
I stumbled across this on Amazon. I think it's an Amazon exclusive. It's a good doc with some insight on one of Canada's first weed dispensaries and what happened. I hope Chris does another doc with them to see how they're doing now that laws changed.
Blancanieves (2012)
Killing animals for a buck!!!
CAS International started a petition with the Spanish platform La Tortura No es Cultura (torture is no culture), the international organization Animal Defenders International and the Dutch Internet community PiepVandaag to request the commission responsible for the nominations not to vote in favor of Blancanieves and preferably not to allow a vote on the movie at all. The movie Blancanieves promotes animal abuse.
Furthermore we know that 9 bulls have been used and killed during the production of Blancanieves.
ALL JUST FOR MONEY??? VARY SHAMEFUL!!!
