Why Ringo Starr was the first narrator of this show?
8 August 2015
I can explain why Ringo Starr was the first narrator of this show:

Back in the 1960s, The Beatles recorded the song called "Thomas the Tank Engine". The first opening theme tune of this show is based on this song. Therefore, producers of this show decided that Ringo Starr should be its narrator. And they made the opening theme tune of the show based on The Beatles' lost song. Unfortunately, The Beatles' version of "Thomas the Tank Engine" is nowhere to found. It was supposed to be released, but it was lost before its planned release. It was discovered in 1984 by producers of this show and they used this for the opening theme tune. However, it's unlikely that The Beatles' version of "Thomas the Tank Engine" will be ever released.

And that's the reason why Ringo Starr was the first narrator of this show.

Harry Shearer continues to voice his characters in this animated comedy? Why?
8 August 2015
I feel disappointed because it was decided that Harry Shearer will continue to voice his characters in this animated comedy. Why? I have no idea at all. But I compare this situation with Sega's decision about Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik's voice occurred in 2010. Sega decided that the voice recording for Sonic the Hedgehog's nemesis should remain in New York City. Therefore, Mike Pollock is still his official voice actor. I really hoped that Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik's voice actor will be recast for Studiopolis' intentions. But this attempt failed, of course. I strongly believe that James L. Brooks supported Harry Shearer's fallout with the famous Simpson family. However, this fallout was unsuccessful. With no reason, Sega decided that Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik will continue to speak with Mike Pollock's voice. And this year, it was decided that Harry Shearer will continue to provide voices to his characters, also without any reason.

What could have been regarding Hyper Blossom and her two friends

I hoped that this anime television series will be dubbed by Cartoon Network Studios with the voices of Cathy Cavadini, Tara Strong, Elizabeth Daily, Tom Kane, Tom Kenny etc. But we got The Ocean Group dub instead. Why? I have no idea, but it would be better if this anime television series was dubbed by Cartoon Network Studios with the voices from "The Powerpuff Girls" (1998). I wonder. Was this anime television series originally intended to be dubbed by Cartoon Network Studios with the voices of the original Powerpuff Girls? When I discovered on Wikipedia that The Ocean Group is going to dub this anime television series, I was really shocked. So from which men such decision came and why? Also, I think that The Ocean Group dub of this anime television series caused "Xiaolin Chronicles" (2013) with the voices of Canadian voice talent residing in Los Angeles. If this anime wasn't dubbed in Vancouver, the "Xiaolin Showdown" performers like Jeff Bennett as Clay would reprise their roles for "Xiaolin Chronicles" (2013).

What could have been regarding Hudson Horstachio and his friends

Bardel Entertainment is an animation studio based in Vancouver and this animated television show was voiced in New York City by the 4Kids Entertainment voice talent. Another Vancouver-produced cartoon voiced by the 4Kids Entertainment voice talent was "Chaotic" (2006). All cartoons produced by Bardel Entertainment were voiced in Vancouver. Therefore, I wonder. Was this animated television show and "Chaotic" (2006) were intended to be voiced in Vancouver, like many cartoons produced by Bardel Entertainment? If these two animated television shows produced by 4Kids Entertainment were voiced in Vancouver, it would be better. Too bad 4Kids Entertainment didn't outsource their properties to Los Angeles, Vancouver and other important dubbing places. For this reason, I strongly believe that 4K Media Inc. will surely correct such mistake.

What could have been

This English-language anime dub was produced by Nelvana (this animation studio is based in Toronto), but voiced in Vancouver. However, all anime television series and films produced by Nelvana were voiced in Toronto. It's probably because this English-language anime dub starring Sakura Avalon was originally planned to be voiced in Toronto, like all anime television series and films produced by Nelvana. For reasons unknown, it was eventually decided that the adventures of Sakura Avalon should be dubbed in Vancouver. Were the adventures of Sakura Avalon originally planned to be voiced in Toronto and why this dubbing moved to Vancouver? Fortunately for me, there are some animated television series with the voices of Vancouver-based voice talent produced by Nelvana. The best example of it is "Class of the Titans" (2006). The decision that the adventures of Sakura Avalon should be dubbed in Vancouver caused Warner Bros. Animation to record the voices for some animated television series with voice actors associated with The Ocean Group. If the adventures of Sakura Avalon were dubbed in Toronto, Warner Bros. Animation could recorded the voices for these animated television series with Toronto-based voice actors.

Is this Xiaolin adventure really canceled?
24 July 2015
In early 2014, it was announced that the second season of this Xiaolin adventure will be produced. But this animated television show appears to be canceled after only 26 episodes of its first season. Was this occurred because Warden, one of characters of this animated television show, bears a resemblance to Professor Shinigami, one of the principal antagonists of the "Dream Hunter Rem" anime franchise, that lasted in Japan from 1985 until 1992? Why this new Xiaolin adventure has only Canadian voice talent residing in Los Angeles in its voice cast? Was this occurred because the voices are recorded in Vancouver? To make things worse, this new Xiaolin adventure also deviates heavily from the original "Xiaolin Showdown" (2003). And why they decided that Eric Bauza should voice all male villains in this animated television show, except for Chase Young, who is voiced by David Kaye? I don't know, but if the voices for this new Xiaolin adventure are really recorded in Vancouver and if Hannibal Roy Bean appears in its second season, I think that Mark Acheson, who is the voice of Lord Tirek in "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" (2010), should be the first and only choice for this voice-over role.

An influence of the decision that Mike Pollock should stay as Dr. Eggman's voice actor
22 July 2015
I strongly (and very seriously) believe that Mike Pollock is building his voice acting career in Los Angeles now. And in my opinion, the decision that he should stay as Dr. Eggman's voice actor influenced voice actress Veronica Taylor's move to Los Angeles. But... I wonder why the people from Sega decided that the recording of Dr. Eggman's voice for this and further video games starring Sonic the Hedgehog should remain in New York City? Was this happened because the 4Kids Entertainment's voice talent pool's work was going to go extinct? Anyway, I seriously wonder about this incident. Regarding Mike Pollock as Dr. Eggman, is this video game (and the further ones) starring Sonic the Hedgehog still in "the 4Kids Entertainment era"? On the bright side, like David Kaye who was a voice actor based in Vancouver and who moved to Los Angeles after he was Optimus Prime in "Transformers Animated" (2007), Pollock became a voice actor involved in Los Angeles-based voice acting projects after it was decided that he should stay as the voice of Dr. Eggman.

Yoram Gross could use the best Australian actors of stage, film and television
20 July 2015
I am very disappointed how the voice acting from this animated full-length film to "Skippy: Adventures in Bushtown" (1998) looks like. Robyn Moore voiced all female characters and Keith Scott voiced all male characters, including Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. I think that Yoram Gross could use the best Australian actors of stage, film and television for the voice acting of his best animated full-length films like "The Magic Riddle" (1991) and "Blinky Bill: The Mischievous Koala" (1992). Without them, the voice acting from this animated full- length film to "Skippy: Adventures in Bushtown" (1998) looks horrible. On the bright side, the voice acting from "Dot and the Kangaroo" (1977) to "Dot and the Bunny" (1983) looks good.

Paddington (2014)

A defense of Colin Firth
20 July 2015
This comedy film became successful in the United Kingdom thanks to the expulsion of Colin Firth from its voice cast. I expected him as the voice of Paddington, but this attempt failed. I am so disappointed how this comedy film looks like without Firth himself. Did the studio wanted this comedy film without him because a younger voice actor voicing Paddington would be the best idea? Anyway, I am disappointed. Regarding Colin Firth's voice-over work, I believe that he voiced Fred in Disney's "A Christmas Carol" (2009). That really surprised me and Firth gives his best to became a voice actor. I would like to see Paddington with his voice. I support Colin Firth's ambitions as a voice actor.

A defense of Al Pacino
20 July 2015
Looks like that this animated full-length film by Illumination Entertainment became successful thanks to Al Pacino's "creative differences". On the other hand, the voice of Eduardo/El Macho sounds like an animated character from a Latin American cartoon and definitely not the real Al Pacino voice I expected for a while. Actually, I supported him, but someone else became the voice of Eduardo/El Macho. Was Al Pacino as the voice of Eduardo/El Macho a deception from Illumination Entertainment? Or it was just a lie? I have no idea, but any attempt to make an animated or a video game character with Al Pacino's voice failed. Anyway, I support Al Pacino's ambitions as a voice actor.

Was this an adaptation of a Japanese comic?
14 July 2015
This animated television series and "Mega Man" (1994) were voiced in Vancouver, since Ruby-Spears who produced them was probably not the same Ruby-Spears animation studio who produced many memorable cartoons voiced in Los Angeles. I believe that this animated television series was never aired anywhere except in Serbia, which has a couple of different dubs. To me, both are inferior. Even the voice of Chronozoid in one of them was voiced by a young actor. Was this a request from Ruby-Spears? Also, this animated series is probably an adaptation of a Japanese comic or the English-language dub of an Japanese anime television series. Cybron and all of the villains in the show are similar to the Dark Masters from "Digimon Adventure" (1999). The Dark Masters are very obsessed with the slaughter of other Digimons. I believe that the ultimate evil like Apocalymon was planned for the show. On the bright side, I believe that the voice cast of the show has a lot of voice actors. However, some of the characters' voices sound exactly like Wood Man from the Ruby-Spears' Mega Man cartoon. So my wish for Warner Bros. Animation is to make the reboot starring Skysurfer One, with Collette Sunderman as the voice director and Los Angeles as the voice recording place.
