Heavy Spoilers involved
26 August 2012
Warning: Spoilers
This was an amazing film, however the general idea of the film is rather disturbing. The idea of children fighting each other until death against their will is not a pleasant thought. The actors all did a terrific job and added personal attachments to the characters. It was definitely a kill- joy to have 22 children violently killed however, this did create an attachment to each player. Personally, I did not think this picture was going to be very good but I was intently watching the film from 10 minutes in. I would definitely advise others to see this film however some would be strongly disturbed by the general idea of children fighting until death.

The Vow (2012)

Loved it! 10/10
23 August 2012
Warning: Spoilers
The vow, featuring hunk Channing Tatum who played his roll perfectly. He made the viewers sympathize for him and for what he was going through. The likeliness of this situation happening to someone is truly frightening. Throughout the film, I was sitting on the edge of my seat to see what would happen next. This film was well- structured because it pulled me in and had me wanting things to happen which made me think about what was happening and how I would deal with this situation. This film is suitable for all ages and gender, however it was targeted at the female audience because of it's sensitive storyline. I would strongly advise this film to anyone because personally I found this film heart-warming.

Channing Tatum made this movie Amazing..a beautiful love story, which left most viewers in tears. This film is suitable for all ages and genders with it's well proposed structure, has viewers on the edges of their seats throughout. I would certainly name this film one of the best love stories I have ever seen, as it left me crying several times. This amazing story had an amazing quality of realness, to this film in that discomfort was felt but it was accepted and overlooked. I have no negative critique on this film, apart from the fact that it ever had to end.

I would strongly advise everyone and anyone to see this heart- warming film.

Jack-Jack Attack (2005 Video)
8/10
SPOILER- my review of jack-jack attacks
22 August 2012
Warning: Spoilers
Jack- Jack Attacks short film from 'The Incredibles' is designed for children of the age of about of 5-12 years old. It is an animated clip, which involves a teenager trying to babysit a hyperactive baby with super-powers. This baby burst into flames, flew through walls and gained incredible strength. The baby-sitter was just trying to teach the baby (Jack- Jack) with flash-cards, but the baby kept disappearing. When someone showed up at the door, she was keen to get rid of the baby. So, without knowing she handed the baby off into the hands of a villain. She questioned why there was a 'S' on his shirt, but he just made an excuse. She was then interrogated by a man about this situation because she gave this baby to Syndrome without knowing he was a highly- dangerous villain.

Obviously this short film is fictional and designed for children of a young age. However, this short film is created extremely well; it is something that adults may also find interesting and funny to watch with their children. This film being animated extenuates facial features on certain characters to make them almost look silly which is a good thing because it's funny. This scene was cut out of the actual movie 'The Incredibles' because the movie was too long and possibly this scene was deemed as unnecessary. Personally I believe that this clip should be added in because it is hilarious.

This film was awarded many awards in the fictional- comedy section. Clearly this film being fictional and animated, offers creativity and humorous situations which cannot be created with animations and a fictional story line. However, I am not in the targeted age group, so I would not watch this film. I would definitely recommend this film to children in the targeted age group. This film being fictional, offers creativity and hilarious situations.
