Definately check this one out. I hope it picks up some traction with viewers as not many will have seen this film. It's beautifully shot and the transition from fall to winter was great. The use of the Buffalo and the locations is really special and very well directed and edited. Not a huge amount happens plot wise, it mainly a survival story but there are still a few dramatic shocks to be had. Cage is always engaging and the shaved head look was a surprise! The rest of the cast are decent. The ending tails of a bit but it's a great depiction of human greed and an early example of man putting money and success above everything else.

Worst film I've ever seen!? Felt compelled to write that. Oh I need 150 characters.
Biggest waste of my time in years...stopped half way through in shock resumed a month later (as due to expire on streaming). Wanted to give it every chance to redeem itself...second half was even worse. What even was that!?

I feel like this should have been an easy 9/10 film. Incredibly shot and to be in the moment with these actors was largely a fantastic experience however it's different from most films in that the story doesn't really go anywhere. More importantly the film loses a few stars from me for the scene where we see her workplace. A nice addition until they lay out that black men are always polite and white men will always grab you and basically assault you. It's the way the line is delivered by voiceover as well 'A White man will always...' Sorry but as a white man, and like many many white men, who would never touch a woman without their permission, I feel scenes like this help drive a divide between our cultures not bring them together. Something all films should aim to do. Should have been a 9 but I won't be watching again.

I'm seeing a lot of massive hype for this episode and mostly rightly so it was a good end to a great tv series. However why could the stormtroopers not react like actual human beings and you know do their job. Even worse than the original films for that here! Also the death troopers looked like they were going to great after first fight with Mando but then our Jedi cameo just swats a whole troop aside! CGI is pretty bad on him still. The timeline is now all over the shop as we know that droids this good weren't around at the time of the last films even, also the end credit scene didn't Jaba die in the original films? Same way Boba did I guess lol. Also also could they not have killed a few of the wooden female cast members, hardly essential moving forward would have made for a better episode. Decent ending to the mando grogu partnership though...for now.
