The Kill Team (2019)
What a low quality representation of the military
First off let me say that I served 9 years in the Military
and had 3 different jobs never had I seen as much nonsense in a movie depending military life in combat as this i have served multiple tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan and other couthless locations.
Such hazing exists and it's really dumb go watch better movies about military life like Generation kill and Band of Bothers.
Dag II (2016)
Awful
This movie was horrible please don't bother with it.
Avengers Assemble (2012)
Great fun
Wonderful show. I waited because all the reviews were so awful to watch this. But when I finally sat down and gave the show a shot i was shocked to find Avengers assemble so enjoyable, and let me tell you I was amazed that people hated the show so much.
If you enjoy the Marvel TV and Cinematic Universe you will enjoys this show. The show dose not take it self to seriously and that's a huge Plus. avengers Assemble take place some time in the future of Earths Mightiest Hero's because flash backs in the show use stock footage of the former un aired episodes as well as references to the past episodes.
A fun time good for all ages, and fallows the heart behind Earth mightiest heroes and other marvel movies.
To the Question Was Earth mightiest hero better? I will say yes because they had more back story and move involvement with things outside of just fighting more story elements which this show lacks but with a 20 min TV show there not a lot of room for that and i remember watching dragon ball Z in the past having to wight 3- 7 episodes for a kamakamahama or a spirit bomb to form and let me tell you that was a waist of time. I really enjoy a the action setting of the show and the lack of down time for the characters.
Hope this helps with people on the edge on watching this show vary good and fun time. -TheQun
The Man with the Iron Fists (2012)
The Man With the Iorn
I Normally consider my self a movie buff or at least I used to, until this last year I used to go to the Cinema 2 times a week.
Sadly this year while having some really Amazing box office smashes such as "The Avengers" and "The Dark Knight Rises" and a few other note worthy flick's like "The Hunger Games" or "Prometheus" I have for the most not really felt the need to go out and watch much of anything. While I can named at lest 100+ movies I saw in 2011/2010 off the top of my head. So far this year I have gone out to see. John Carter, Battleship, Safe house, Prometheus, The Hunger Games, The Expendables, The Avengers, The Dark Knight Rises
Oh yeah the 3D Titanic- Wife Agroo.
So while not seeing much in the way of movies this year. It seems likes it takes a lot just to get up and go see any movie adventure this year or maybe we have been spoiled by the 2 big movies. Who knows. The Man With the Iron Fists
The movie starts off like all Martial Arts movies do intruding all the main players however you not sure who the bad guy is until it visually shown on screen which in turn gives us the setting or the idea where we don't know who the bad guys or who the good guys are as we meet them. The first half of the movie is narrated by the Blacksmith/THE RZA at which point he becomes the main character of the film. a few character feel out of place like the X-Blade/Rick Yune where hes only played a bad guys in films so you assume the same here. Jack knife/Russell Crowe is the comic relief but with attitude. he basically get all the good lines and steels the show. Madam Blossom/Lucy Liu is the brothel Madam whose brothel is where the whole movie takes place. Lucy Liu give one of her better performances in this movie and I say this because She is the only movie character I have seen in a long time where I not sure if I am supposed to love her or hate her. Every fight seen the movie is well choreographed and equally as brutal, The Directer takes a few liberties with cinematography which most cases work well. There are a few spots mostly when dealing with Brass Body where the CGI is just horrible but the parts are few and I give it up to being a low budget movie and The RZA first time in Directors seat. The movie has many sexually references but no nudity and mostly uses this as humor which works well in the film. Despite it taking place in a brothel there only one scene which may depict women in a derogatory way but this has meaning and is revealed a short time later in the film while also making me unsure of where or not to love or hate Lucy Liu in the movie.
My only issue in the movie is the final fight scenes at no point did it seem like the good guys were gonna lose. The Bruce lee homage with the room of mirrors what cut 99% away to save time in the movie and/or make room for the other 2 final fight scene.
All in all the movie is amazing and I give it a 85/100 The movie lost 10 points for the Bruce Lee "Enter the Dragon" room of mirrors abomination.
