I never liked Elvis growing up. I was the wrong generation. That was my sister's era. I was about the Beatles and the Stones in the 60s. Yes, there are many mistakes in this movie, the way it was made seemed somewhat disjointed and everyone blames Luhrman.

We were visiting our son in Texas and needed some down time, plus they wanted to show off their home theater. I didn't have much hope for an Elvis movie but I was pleasantly surprised. Austin played him beautifully, but the music really startled me. I had forgotten what a beautiful voice Elvis had and although I had read about Elvis after his death, I'm an avid reader, and I knew how those around him had taken control of him and run his life into the ground. I'm glad that that part was depicted.

But now I appreciate Elvis himself, and his life and his music has a place in my heart. I just listened to Hallelujah.

Without the movie, I never would have gone back to appreciate Elvis, and although I think it is mainly Austin's depiction and his voice and interpretation of Elvis and his music, it opens the door to what kind of a person Elvis was and what a gift he had . This is a good movie for people who never understood Elvis but love music. I give this movie 10 stars for that alone.

It seems that everything in this movie has come straight out of the tabloids! There were a few tidbits that seemed real or logical, and some of the reviews are laughable so they do have entertainment value. I was just disappointed by Harry and Williams actors. From a distance, the actor who plays Harry does look like him, but up close, a disappointment. The actor who plays William on the other hand, is not close in any way, except maybe from a mile away. Hugely disappointing because William is handsome and this guy is not. Meghan and Kate aren't bad, and some of the info on protocol is interesting if true. But I hesitate to watch the other Harry and Meghan films if they are as badly written as this one was.

Amazing performance from Hugh Grant. I didn't know he was this good of an actor! Nicole Kidman was great as she always is and Donald Sutherland too. The boy who played their son (sorry, have to look up his name) was great also, and all of the other actors including Elena. It had me guessing until the last few episodes.

And I disagree with another reviewer who said the final episode let them down. I was on the edge of my seat for the final episode not knowing... hoping that Henry knew how to deal with a psychopath, but so many possible emotions for him to deal with!

This was a great series and I am recommending it to everyone I know!

As others have said, the characters are not very well developed and it's a fairly shallow romantic comedy. It's okay.

The one thing that bothered me was that Burke is supposed to release his deceased wife's cockatoo into the wild. Who in the world thought that up? Tropical bird that has been living in a house and has never learned to forage on its own will not last long in the wild. Especially a tropical parent that is taken out in cold weather and released. This bird has never built a nest so how's that bird going to stay warm? And there are not other cockatoos in Seattle living in the woods! This was really disturbing.

Jennifer Aniston is too good for these silly romantic movies. I wish you could get more meaty parts where she can show that she actually is an actress.

Excellent show. It inspired and opened possibilities with every episode. I have tried in vain to find a space series than I really like, and thought this might be it. Hillary Swank is so good but all of the rest of the cast is also, and the storyline continually intriguing.

What a disappointment that Netflix finally has a show with a new storyline and not the same old Gothic / romance or violent action heroes, and then they let it get away from them. For whatever reason they decided to cancel this series, once again I find myself looking to Amazon for a series worthy of my time.

Well-done, and interesting photography. I like the way the story builds. I also like the actors, and I think this could be a really good series. I hope it lasts more than two or three seasons like so many other series. I wish I knew who was responsible for all of the good series' being pulled after one or two seasons. I really like this show.

Well done and intriguing. Good character development which sets you up for season 2. But as has happened too many times in recent years, season 2 never happened. Apparently no one wants to take a chance anymore. I think it shows a lack of character and perseverance, responsibility to the audience and also a lack of sensitivity.

If you can't plan on at least three seasons what's the point in putting even one episode out there?

That's how I described it to my dog. She said what the hell are you watching? Okay maybe it's not the worst ever. Those movies are put aside for Mystery Science Theater 3000. But the writing for this movie was so pathetic that I was amazed that anyone would buy a ticket to see this. I saw it on Netflix and it brought my opinion of Netflix down about five notches. You left such a bad taste that now I have to go find something at least fairly intelligent to get this thing out of my brain.

Well-done, cute and well-thought out treatise on dating and attraction. Mainly, though, Will Smith is a treat to watch in a comedy, and sexy as hell! Kevin James was a treat, too.

Of course I have to give kudos to the writers and the rest of the cast who are perfect for this show. When the actors all mesh and fit, a show is a beautiful thing. I love a show that makes me laugh out loud. It's not only that it is about people my age and relatable as far as the culture of the 60s and of 70 year old people and their issues and comedies, memories and family, loves, hates, and modern tech and psycho babble. I love the wedding text that auto-corrected! Is that a spoiler? ROFLOL!

Its hard to stop binge-watching. I love Grace and Frankie!

This is a wonderful show, and I can't imagine why anyone would think otherwise unless they are just "haters".

Beautifully done, the scenery and locations seem accurate and beautiful.

The story is intriguing and suspenseful. The characters and costumes are stunning, the action is well-done and not overdone, and of course there is violence, this is a violent era and people.

I don't understand the negative comments about accuracy. As another review mentioned, there are many accounts of the life and time of Marco Polo. They do not all agree.

In any case, this is entertainment people, not a documentary, and this show delivers, completely!

I do have to mention that Olivia Chan is gorgeous and her artistry and physical abilities had me enthralled.

This is one of my all-time favorite shows! I hope it continues for many seasons. I don't know why it is not talked about more!

Just finished episode 6 and at the end, I said, "Wow!" So was that because of the characters or what just happened? LOL!

I love the characters although I wish Beverly would go shopping, but that's just me....

They are all great characters and it is terrific seeing Matt do something a bit different where he shows his acting ability.

Very much more dimension and I think I am developing a crush even though he plays the "typical" self-centered actor, he is also lovable.

I agree with so many others that people who don't like "Episodes" have a screwed-up sense of humor. That is sad, but they need to go watch Office or the dozens of insipid so-called comedies that are pumped out continuously.

It is so difficult in this day and age to find truly funny comedies. This is a bit raunchy, sure, but isn't it billed as an adult comedy? Puritans stay away, but then this is more like real comedians doing real stand-up.

Rob and Sharon are perfect together: honest, outspoken and very funny!

I love the situations, this stuff really happens, but I would imagine, rarely so funnily!

Great actors, fast-paced dialogue and if you have a real sense of humor (did you "get" Robin Williams? Did you love Richard Pryor?) you will laugh out loud. I hope this show continues!
