It's bad and not in the future cult classic was so bad it was good either. The script jumps into a story with holes that forces the audience to formulate possible scenarios that could have been written into the script & make random assumptions in order to follow along. The conversations between characters skip around were dialogue is missing, it comes across as if the script had lines cut out that would have made the conversation make sense. Without even reading the book it's adapted from I can tell a huge chunk of the story was missing from the jump. I couldn't finish the film due to the lack of details that seemed to be missing from the story.

Dialogue filled film with awkward dead space
16 July 2023
How can a film with an amazing cast come off so wrong? The banter and wittiness you expect from Diane, William, Richard & Susan is strong but the script doesn't live up to what you know them to perform in.

Lots of strong dialogue they fills like it was meant for the theater and missed the mark with the space that is left in a film.

So many awkward scenes that have holes or dead moments that make you wonder what could have been done differently. The last 20 minutes has the best line's delivered by the cast.

The cast try's hard and have some really great scenes that made us laugh. Overall I don't regret watching it just wished it offered more.

Top notch show

Great soundtrack & impeccable casting

I can't remember the last time a show has hit all the emotions in every episode. It deserves Emmy Awards across the cast. The chemistry between the actors is unmatched. This is the best Harrison Ford role ever & Jason nailed this role what a delightful surprise.

Lawerence and his wife are a masterpiece duo and want to continue to see work from them together. You won't regret adding this to your queue.

Looking forward to additional seasons with entertaining patients & character growth.

Therapy in a series with comical pops that had me rewind to make sure I heard it correctly.

Each film gets worse
26 December 2022
Each film in the series is worse than the other... I'm practically hate watching the film series at this point... Having watched the first two movies it's hard not to just hit play for background noise or something. I'm already this far might as well finish the rest.

The relationship between the two main romantic characters is toxicity at its finest and hopefully others see it as something not to emulate or look at as a healthy relationship.

It's unfortunate that most of the young adult section of films as of late have shown this type of back and forth between two characters that is basically cookie cutter.

Watch it for the last 30 mins
14 October 2022
I've been here since the first film & stick it out to see the epic story ending. The last 20-30 mins is where it's at. The only reason to watch is to see the way it all circles back and concludes. I've been a fan of the movies & loved how they wrapped it up. Jamie is amazing and happy to see her battling it out with Michael. I've never seen a heroine continue to take the brunt of things as much as this character. Otherwise the first 3/4th is a lot of useless fillers to make it a full movie. Does Evil die ? Does the boogeyman continue to terrorize??? Will this be the end .... Only the creators know for sure.

Spoiler of a conversation at the end
25 September 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This exchange between Maggie & her mom was the perfect ending, seeing the support Maggie's had all along & she just needed to be reminded she was always loved. She was completely relatable to my 20's

"I think that you are looking for an extraordinary kind of love, but I... I don't think, for what it's worth, that you want to be loved in an extraordinary way.

I think what you want is to be loved plainly and quietly, without spectacle or anxiety.

And... And you want the person you love to feel like peace Someone who'll listen to you and make you laugh.

Do the crossword puzzles with you at breakfast

OK."

Love the show however this episode should have a warning

Warning: Spoilers
The incle grooming is hard to watch in the two episodes where he's being shown steps to take back his power. One scene where he's pretending to shoot females at a gym before being taught how to shoot with a semi automatic weapon. The episode didn't come with a warning at the beginning which in my opinion along with other sensitive or possible triggering subjects do.

It was the typical Amy comedy show it started off good but became repetitive and boring. It could have been a solid 6 episode mini series but it drug out & nobody in the house wanted to continue watching.

Watch it for "Jeremiah"
18 June 2022
Jeremiah is by far the best character of the series. Such a cute tween book to series adaptation. There's many layers and relationships from parents to children that everyone can connect with.

"If you're going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can't be erased." - Maya Angelou, author.

This sums up Rebecca & the legacy of her amazing family. What a masterpiece of an episode.

The big three show UP!!!
2 June 2022
The whole series led up to this episode where the big 3 banded together for the ultimate episode of true love. The growth each one has over the years led up to this very moment.

Entertaining & Lots of laughs
16 January 2022
It's one of those adolescent pop culture films with terrific references to prior films with certain plots that they are discussing at that moment. We laughed a lot & had to rewind to rehear the punchline bc we all laughed too hard. It's cheesy with many predictable moments but worth the watch if you are fans of similar themed films.

Lots of twits
14 September 2021
Kept me guessing 3/4th of the way which is a pretty good indication that it doesn't give away too much throughout the film. Last 15 mins is all the "horror" type scenes.

Cute movie
19 July 2021
Great soundtrack and enjoyable family film. I knew starting off this wasn't going to be filled with Oscar worthy moments or acting. That being said go into it open to the possibility of a wholesome family film. This allowed me to really enjoy the film especially compared to the vast majority of the reviews I've read. I will say the last 20 mins was biggest chunk of the film that made it worth watching.

Interesting, Dark & stellar cast
28 June 2021
It's a dark show as it's based off Stephen Kings writing. Some scenes were incredibly cringe worthy and difficult to watch.

Overall the cast was perfect, Dane DeHaan is the standout for me as he made sure that this character came off immensely terrifying!!!

Crude humor / raunchy comedy
31 December 2020
It's one of those raunchy comedies that people will either think is funny or not. I laughed a lot (too much at some points) so did my sister, however I know some people would find it vulgar or offensive. If you are the type that laughed at American pie or similar B-grade films then it's a must watch

While it follows a lot of the textbook thriller/horror recipes this one actually has a backstory that makes it more enjoyable
