BBQ Brawl (2019)
Season 1 was so much better
Watching Season 1 episodes now, I realize how much better this was than the current season. At least the judges/hosts were BBQ masters. Please get rid of Carson Kressley. 1) he's not qualified on any level to judge food - he's a fashion expert 2) I really cant stand his bad pun jokes. Bring back the BBQ experts please.
And now with season 4 they've added Sunny Anderson who I find obnoxious. She is loud, overbearing, and rude.
Get rid of both of them please.
The Florida Project (2017)
Horrible People behaving badly
What is the point of this movie? What "project" is this movie about? There is no project. There is no plot. It's just kids behaving horribly , and the parents are even worse.
Black Beauty (2020)
SO disappointing
I agree with what others have said. This isn't the story i knew and loved from both the book and the previous movie.
Why is it set in the USA and not England?
Why is Black Beauty a Mustang, who looks like a Thoroughbred?
Why is Iain Glen speaking with an American accent and not his lovely British one?
Just WHY? to the whole thing? Why remake a classic and ruin it in the process? Why couldn't they have stuck to the original story?
Just Why?
Magnum P.I. (2018)
Such a disappointment
I really like the new Higgins (and she is the only reason I gave this as much as 5 stars). But Jay Hernandez doesn't hold a candle to Tom Selleck's charm and good looks. He will never be Magnum to me. Please find a better actor to play Magnum - one who can measure up to Tom Selleck.
Cursed (2020)
I love fantasy but hate historical inaccuracy
I am a huge fan of the Arthurian legend, and love almost all versions of it, but the casting of a black Arthur distracts me from the story. I love fantasy, but I still expect historical accuracy for the time and place the story is set. And King Arthur was not, nor would ever have been black. Like others have said, I'm sick and tired of Hollywood rewriting history just to be politically correct and/or racially diverse.
The Kid Who Would Be King (2019)
Worst Arthurian interpretation ever
This was absolutely the worst adaptation of the Arthurian legend I have ever seen. So many cringe worthy moments - too many to name. The worst Merlin I have ever seen. Merlins spell casting was so stupid. And I cringed every time he did it
Lance and Kaye never should have been knighted in the first place - they were so not worthy. And they broke all the rules before the quest even started. It was doomed from the beginning.
Rounding up the ponies (where were they?), is not simple even for those with experience. And riding them long distances (many, many miles) when they had never had any experience with them before. Not credible in the slightest.
I truly hated this.
