Kayo Kayo Colour? (2023)
Layered Brilliance!
This film is a masterclass in subtle storytelling. It eschews grand pronouncements for a meticulously crafted tapestry of everyday life, where the beauty lies not in the extraordinary, but in the authenticity of the ordinary. The banter between the children feels utterly natural, a testament to the film's commitment to realism. Their simple, humble lives become the canvas upon which a deeper message is painted.
The brilliance of the film lies in its layers. What appears to be a straightforward portrayal of life slowly reveals hidden depths. Themes and ideas unfurl organically, inviting the audience to participate in the act of discovery. The director's choice to shoot in black and white is particularly inspired. It strips away distractions, forcing us to focus on the characters and the emotional core of the story. The stark beauty of the black and white palette perfectly complements the film's themes of simplicity and hidden complexities.
This film is not one that delivers its message with a sledgehammer. Instead, it invites contemplation, leaving you with lingering questions and a profound appreciation for the power of quiet observation. It's a film that stays with you long after the credits roll, a testament to the enduring power of well-crafted storytelling.
The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
Greatest superhero film ever made!
An intimidating dominative villain, a masked hero's selfless years of sacrifice for citizens belief in justice, great visuals and supportive characters who elevate the story and the lead. This film has every single ingredient for a great superhero film, i loved Tom Hardy's role in this, whenever he comes on screen it leaves me with fearful goosebumps. Have watched this film so many times but every time it gets me crying with joy and euphoria thinking as to how good this film is. Would want Nolan to make another sequel to this, no one can ever ever ever ever match up to the standards and finesse of his craft and mastery.

Delhi-6 (2009)
Beautiful timeless piece of cinema
Delhi 6 discovers how beautiful life can be in harmony and how things can go wrong when people are driven by propaganda, i feel this is Abhishek Bachchan's one of the best. The film also showcases how it's like not to have the freedom to make life choices, will cherish this movie for a very long time.
Sui Dhaaga: Made in India (2018)
A beautiful genuine film on struggle and family support
This movie is very organic with the feel, indian reviewers don't really have good taste in recognising a true gem of cinema. Please do watch it with a open heart.
Joker (2019)
A master art piece which will stay with you
The film is so relevent to today's times and the times to come, it will go on in your head even after hours and days together, the intricate details of Joaquin Phoenix's body language and the vision to the tonality of Todd Philips to very frame emerses you into Arthur Fleck's world. i am proud to say that i am a fan of the Joker character after 11 years of waiting.
