Arrow: Fallout (2017)
Never again I will watch this
I made a promise to myself after last season's finale - If nobody die in that blast I will never watch this TV-show again.
Remember amazing first season's ending when they blast half of city and kill one of the main heroes (Tommy). Nope. Apparently we don't need that anymore. All we need is introducing more and more characters.
Guess what happened in the first 5 minutes, I saw everyone who was on that island. And after watching that horrible flashback, when Felicity run in one direction, and than oops, "you should run in that direction", and than oops, she fell, and than bombs just began to blast in couple of meters from her... I turned this thing off! OMG, what am I watching, what a garbage...
So, goodbye arrow. I will never watch you again.
The Good Doctor: Burnt Food (2017)
This can be good but I'm not sure yet
Where do I start. Very interesting setup. Very young autistic doctor (sort of Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory) travels to new city to audition to get a job in a prestige hospital. In the airport he saves young boy, who gets into accident, demonstrating phenomenon skills and knowledge. So far the show is excellent.
But when we get into the hospital, the show drops hard. In very first scene we see two doctors laying in bed right in the hospital after having sex... What is this? Stupid Grey's Anatomy... Not only that but apparently the supermodel super-hot chick the granddaughter of founder hospital also have sex with another doctor. I already see this - love triangles everywhere, what could I want more from a medicine TV-show.
Next. Every 3 minutes flashbacks, every 5 minutes super inspirational music plays. It's get very annoying soon.
Whole plot of first episode is about the Board of directors afraid of hiring autistic doctor. Nobody wants such responsibility, doctors give tons reasonable arguments through the episode to not doing this and then he gives this speech about how he can't save his rabbit and his brother and now he want to help people. Whole thing takes maybe 30 seconds, and... you are hired.
In summary. I hope this episode so cheesy because it's pilot and next episodes would be more serious. This show can be great, and I hope it will. Just less Grey's Anathomy and more House M.D. please.
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (2017)
Not as good as I hope
DC's animation movies must be better.
1. Voice acting is terrible, actors just read their lines without passion or any involvement to the story, like nobody cares.
2. Animation is weird looking. Sometimes it's look like 60 fps, sometimes like 5 fps. Sometimes both, some object moves smooth and some are not and the same time. I watch Young Justice now, and it's animation is 10 times better.
3. Story. No twists, nobody die, you see everything happening miles away. Terra's betrayal story was way better in original Teen Titans TV-show.
4. Characters. Everybody are same. When Terra freaking out, everybody come with understanding and compassion; no inappropriate jokes from Beast Boy, no hardness from Damian, no indifference from Raven. Everybody Starfire now.
I love DC and it's nice to see favorite heroes again, but you can tell how small effort they put here. If you will watch random episode of Justice League TV show, Teen Titans or Young Justice and then look at Teen Titans: The Judas Contract or Justice League Dark, you will see how bad it become.
Top Gear: Episode #24.1 (2017)
Not annoying anymore. Now it's incredibly boring.
So BBC do one right thing - expel every annoying hosts. But it is still not working.
There are some changes this season:
1. NO STIG. Biggest change this season. I guess it's fine, he does not fit to new format anyway.
2.Only 1 guest. No more stupid conversation with 2 guests who announce each other. But now guest sitting for a half episode in studio for no reason.
3. New studio design and new reasonable car, which is fine.
Like I said it's not annoying anymore. Now it's incredibly boring. Jokes not funny, mostly it's awkward. Matt Le Blanc looks like he doesn't give a crap for the show. Other 2 kinda happy to be on TV. Stupid smiles do not disappear from their faces full episode.
I don't know, maybe time has come to close the show.
Supergirl: Better Angels (2016)
Disappointment!
Awful season finale. Everything is bad.
Romance between Kara and James is so far-fetched. Standoff threat is ridiculously. Final battle is not interesting. And it is so boring.
Amazing kryptonian mind control technology with the help of which villains want to take over the universe is useless, because you can talk the speech on TV. So funny like people, who walk the street and don't hear it, also "wakes up".
But worst of all is Kara's sister. To the end of the season I began to hate that character. "No, Kara! Don't risk yourself, let all planet to die, don't fly into space, it's too dangerous!"
Final battle is not very bad, it is the same we watch every episode. And Supergirl is sacrifices herself to save humans, which is interesting until her sister saves her in the most ridiculous way.
4 of 10 is the maximum to the episode. Worst in the season. Sad.
