Is this a spoof movie?
11 January 2022
I feel really bad for the actors... to have been involved with a movie that was basically a spoof genre. Even their acting is cringe. Is this movie the reason that neither lead actor has come up in any other film? They completely botched their career with this. It reminds me of the Twilight series-failure to tell a decent story not have solid acting.

Even the way they delivered their lines seemed forced and terrible acting.

I'd like to ask the actors if they ever felt stupid while making the trilogy.

Even though, I can't stop watching this movie...

Diane Keaton plays an extraordinarily crazy mother. Every time I watch this film, I get so bothered at how insane (the mother) and easily manipulated (the other 30-something characters) everyone was.

I definitely would've like to see Mandy Moore take a different approach to her character, as at times her acting can get whiny. Then again, hoping their character's traits have been greatly exaggerated, maybe that's what the director was going for.

Really appreciated Lauren Graham's change of acting performance.

Overall, it's a movie that you can't stop watching. You finish it absolutely hating the mother, but then two months later, you'll get the urge to watch it again.

I almost Loved It
23 November 2015
Considering that I was allowed to watch the show growing up, and have really only watched episodes sporadically, I decided to watch the entire series in order. It was really great. Not surprised it lasted as long as it did. The chemistry of the entire cast was something a lot of shows lack, and their ability to ease into any scene or joke was admirable. My absolute favorite actor was Matthew Perry--Chandler Bing being my favorite character as well; He was relatable with his wit, charm, and all-around cluelessness. He almost made everyone else great.

In all reality, it's a really great show. I just CANNOT get over Matt LeBlanc's character Joey. They over-exaggerated his stupidity, even as a comedic relief. I realize this is a comedy show, but it was highly irritating... Even Courtney Cox's character Monica was a little neurotic sometimes, but considering she plays a character like that on her most recent show (can't remember the name of it), it's a little more understandable that she may only know how to play one character. Both characters were made more tolerable with Chandler by their side.

Overall, recommend it to anyone looking for a good honest laugh.
