This is a completely sick story in an apalling setting but written and directed by craftsmen who make the setting credible. The actors each perform a masterful achievement. I really don't get it why this movie never got elected for an oscar.

I really don't know who rates this series with these numbers but we surely don't appreciate the same style. What a boring Americana about people and religion. Who cares.

Very classy and sometimes filmic scenes with even references to art but the numerous far fetched plot twists in the last two episodes simply are too much. Shame.

And that's all there is to say. Dont'watch it, there is better ways to spend your evening. Sometimes you wonder how such bad movies get their budget and brillant movies never get an audience to watch them.

The first four episodes are ter-ri-bly slow and could have been told in one (longer) episode. Following episodes develop a little more depth but the plot becomes more and more far fetched. The final two episodes promise a grande finale but end with an absolutely ridiculous ending. I deeply congratulate everyone who spend their precious time watching this. I did it for my wife's sake.

This film could have been made at half the length but it would stll be absurdingly boring.

If you like the genre : a well made movie with great nostalgic 80ies songs.

Don't know what the director was trying to prove. A surreal odd movie that reminds me of Taxi Driver. The latter was much,much better.

It's a slow movie and when the end is near you THINK that you know how it will end. You don't.

Perfect cast, great script, not a boring minute.... It's a masterpiece. More of this, please.

A dysfunctional couple: she's a famous piano player, he is organising her professional life and doing everything for here so she can focus 100% on her work. Actually he is living her life and they have no children because she doesn't want to. One day he decides that he wants a child and contributes to her pregnancy by replacing her pill with sweeteners and she gets pregnant. Here I stop my boring review because the movie is even more boring. Apart from a few funny scenes (all in the trailer) the film is dramatically amateuristic. Don't waste your time and thank me for that.

This is not a movie for easy watching but once you're in the mood you will love it.
