The Mandalorian

The Man With No Name in a Galaxy Far, Far Away

I know it's been said elsewhere but The Mandalorian so reminds me of Clint Eastwoods trilogy of Spaghetti Westerns of the late 60's/early 70's. The Bounty Hunter theme concurs and the clipped lines of the main character are uncannily Eastwood-esque!! I loved those movies and, yes, I love this series too. Binged it in 2 days so roll on October 2020!!

Wonderful!!

Stumbled across this program via the internet. Truly magnificent. Love the way a new insight to the family's history or future is unveiled in almost every episode. An attachment can be made to every character and there is a marvelous mix of comedy and angst. Best TV I've watched in a long while. Hope there's more to come!!

Simply the best television ever to come out of France

Personally I loved every minute of each season.
Gritty and yet, generally believable story lines brilliantly interpreted by each of the cast. Watching here in the UK, the subtitles really weren't necessary as each nuance of every scene was clearly revealed by the superb acting.
I'm going to miss it, but at the same time, I'm glad they didn't run it into the ground, as is the case with so many similar shows.
Au revoir mes amies.

..... The best UK Gangster Film ever made.
Let's just say the portrayals are in every case, convincing.
Love to know how these lads are getting on 15 years later. My son meet a couple of them when he was up in Liverpool a few years ago and apparently the are "Sound La's"
I think a couple of the fella's did other acting gigs but it seems that no one made the big time. Shame as clearly, on the whole, most of them were naturals.
If you've not watched it, it's floating about on some of the Kodi add- ons.
Absolutely worth a watch!!
