Why do reviews always have to be 9's, 10's or 1's? People seem to think reviewing is a simple, yes / no vote and have forgotten that a mediocre episode or film deserves a mediocre score. Your individual review won't change the average score and fanbases will usually rally in higher numbers.
I enjoyed this episode a little and found it to be a welcome relief after the darkness and anger of the last episode, but I dont intend watching it a second time next time I binge the show. Everyone will know this is a musical but there are a few plot points that are worth knowing as the series move forward.
Summary - It's not a 10 like the Lower Decks crossover, but it is mediocre in an average way.
