It's not a dog, it's really a furry...

So they decided to give this cgi dog human-like qualities, bad decision: facial expression, personality and motivations - it's comical. It's not Call of the Wild. It's very cheesy. Dig up White Fang for a superb story of the gold rush or more recently Togo (2019). I feel sorry for Harrison Ford.

cute but cliche

Remake of all the movies of big time boy going back to small town home. It's cute but the "romance" doesn't seemed believable as it's just the usual cliches. And the guy's eye shadow makeup took center stage The movie is ok, only cuz of cutie Ciara is in it, total nerding from Power Rangers Megaforce... I had to dig up Sweet Home Alabama after watching this movie just to give myself that warm fuzzy feeling.

The cgi wasn't up to par... I didn't even notice the fox and cat as the Fox and Cat until it was literally told they were "animals" - same goes for the fairy, she was supposed to be magical but not so much in this movie, sadly she is bland and robotic. Storywise, it kinda jumps from one chapter to another, not so much of a smooth transition, but it was ok. It's like, ut oh what did he get himself into now! It was difficult to have a good experience with this movie due to the heavy Italian accents, it would've been better if done in Italian language with English subtitles. It was too distracting trying to decipher what they were saying.

barely watchable

I went to the premiere of WW1, and watched it 3 more times at the theater. Then 6 more times at home. It had a good story, a comic energy, and great effects, most of all it was inspiring.

WW84 lacked all that. It's basically giving a super heroine to a child to write a story about and it went heavy on grandstanding and posing rather than getting the action done. It pretty clear these writers (the director Patty Jenkins and Geoff Johns) didnt know how to write a comic-movie and turned this comic hero into a soap opera with fragments of super hero action.

I had to force myself to sit through 2.5 hours of garbage, most of this time asking questions about why or how or wtf was that about. There's not significance to the year 84, the setting itself doesn't even resemble 84 and I lived through it. Why does she need armor, why does she need wings after the fact, how does she just turn on a superpower by wanting it bad enough, etc etc

If the next story happens I hope they pretend this one never happened. As far as I'm concerned, this trash took place in an alternate universe and doesn't affect the continuity of the franchise. Or Diana wakes up and it was all just a dream in the WW3 opening.
