Wrath of Man (2021)
Watchable I Guess
I'm not certain why this got so many good reviews.
The acting is extremely mediocre and forced with everybody but Jason Statham.
Even if the acting were any good I doubt that the dynamic at a security company would be what it was in this movie.
These employees act like they are Delta Force or something.
The story is very very uninspiring and not believable at all and to convince you it is the bad guys just curse more.
It is watchable if you've run out of things to watch, but before you do I recommend that you look at every other available option on Amazon Prime that you can before you give this one a try unless your patience is that good.
Coffee & Kareem (2020)
Really? This?
This film is supposed to be a less than wholesome take on the story of a boyfriend trying to befriend the son of his girlfriend for a better relationship all around.
The hero of the movie is of course a dumb white heterosexual male that is not respected by anyone and uses every opportunity to make sure that everyone he meets knows that he is not a racist.
The son is the absolute worst and annoying character that takes all the charm away from anything good in the story. Racism abounds in this one, but only the "correct" Racism.
This movie serves up every single stereotypical left-leaning ideology that is available on popular media today.
Really, watch something else.
Welcome to Sudden Death (2020)
Acting or Lack Thereof
Why does the acting have to be so bad?
Otherwise it would be ok. I wish the acting were better because it would be much easier to enjoy.
Stock with the Van Damme version.
Jiu Jitsu (2020)
Cage and Jaa and STILL bad?
I tried everything I could to give this movie a chance. It's very slow and other than the two mentioned before everyone else has terrible acting. The writing is bad and the visuals are bad.
Shot Caller (2017)
Had to see this twice
Great story great acting and a great twist.
I was surprised
1BR (2019)
Expected More
It was flat.
The acting seemed forced in a few scenes.
Looked like it was going to be more for sure.
Mother! (2017)
Yuck
Disgusting
Normalization of gross practices for the sake of "art"
Don't Let Go (2019)
WHAT!
Very surprised.
My only complaint is that the beginning portion was so short that it can confuse the rest of the story (even though it is the same premise).
Great acting especially by the bad guy!
Countdown (2019)
It's ok
Ok the priest part is a little stupid but much better than i thought.
Child's Play (2019)
Mark Hamil? No.
I know that this movie was trying to put a modern-day spin on this remake but for me it didn't work.
The original Chucky was not threatening right out the box like this creepy looking doll.
And I miss all the one-liners that made the first one go on for so long and so many sequels.
The rest of the cast was great, but seriously you couldn't get anyone other than Mark Hamill to voice the doll? That was kind of dumb.
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019)
Impressed
I was impressed.
It was scarier than movies made today. It just had the feel, but it's curious how a weird girl-on-girl make out scene made it in the movie.
Hollywood isn't trying to hide their side too much anymore.
A Vigilante (2018)
Meh Started Kinda Great
Take the suspense of "The Brave One", or, "Enough" and take out all the cool action and ya got this movie.
Us (2019)
Bad? No.
Great acting and great execution. It was creepy and stays with you. It's unique and that may be why many didn't like it. There were a lot of hidden meanings.
No expected emphasis on racism here.
Bad Times at the El Royale (2018)
What!
Whatamovie.
Watch it.
It is amazing.
That is all.
Death Wish (2018)
Should've Been Called "Movie Not Related to Death Wish at All"
I watched the first movie AFTER watching this one. Big mistake. Pretty boring.
Great movie and with no... agenda.
In fact the only lessons to learn here are that exit strategies and situational awareness are universal no matter your beliefs.
Captain Marvel (2019)
You Do Know Why They Call it the Cockpit Don't You
I have two daughters and I want them to grow up strong and respected, but the nonstop canned feminism in this really REALLY gets the eyes rolling. Maybe nonstop is unfair, but the message is obvious.
Is there not a better way?
Other than that this movie seems to rely on the MCU"s rep to carry it instead of adding anything with meat to the universe. Danvers is all powerful so you're never too concerned for her.
Talos, the bad guy was funny and it's cool to see Fury and Coulson young
It's ok.
Ike Interviews God (2014)
Great acting. Terrible mudslinging
Ryan Gilreath was very convincing.
Ignore the fact that this is a gross misrepresentation of who God is, what He does, and how He does it for just a moment. Ryan's facial expressions are just great and show just how frustrated and disappointed he is.
I see the humor here and it is original.
The movie would be good to discuss issues of misunderstanding the Bible and popular culture even with Christian children to discuss WHY a Christian believes what he or she believes.
Sherlock Jr. (1924)
Entertaining even for today
I had to watch this for a class in college and I'm very happy that I did. What a breath of fresh air! Truly funny and no over-sexualization of any elements in the movie
The Christmas Chronicles (2018)
Watchable
I DO NOT understand why the cute little girl had to be characterized as the foul mouthed little sister when it had nothing to do with the story.
Other than that it was an alright movie. Kurt Russell was great as always and every character except for the mom (mom sometimes) was believable.
Copycat (1995)
Awesome movie
This is a highly overlooked movie better than most today.
The characters are well played out and you get to know them.
Weaver's agoraphobia is hard to believe at times but no big desl.
Mudbound (2017)
I'd Watch it Again
Great dynamic between the main characters and the hate for the bad guys is easy,so great acting.
The best part was that it really felt that the two protagonists were in the military and had the proper jargon and feel.
Mr. Church (2016)
What a Great Movie
I wanted to see an action movie but this was a welcome rebuttal from my wife and kids. Very happy I saw this and racism is not the main idea here which is kinda refreshing.
Just a sweet movie.

En man som heter Ove (2015)
Watch it
I did not expect anything, but I'm very very glad I saw this.
Surprisingly good story and one identifies south the characters.
The Challenger (2015)
It's Alright
This is a low-key Rocky movie but so what?
The acting was not bad and it's great for a movie to watch real quick.
My biggest complaint is that the last boxer looks so much like the protagonist.
