It's a fun little flick. With the expected thrills and highlights. The production must have been financed by a trenchcoat company. All female prisoners outfits consist of a black trenchcoat and boots.

Brad Wilsons acting is so over the top here that I can't help but think Bobcat Goldthwait modeled his character from the Police Academy films on him. If not his whole act. Lol. It's always a joy to see Linda Blair. Not her best offering. Still entertaining.
