I'm through episode 4. Basically, this is a high production attempt at showing some not so believable version of the professional ballet world. I say not so believable because every woman but the protagonist is portrayed as a shallow, jealous schemer that you're just waiting to pull a Tonja Harding and break the stars kneecap. While I'm sure it's a highly competitive world, I suspect there are many deep friendships that form among these women similar to any professional milieu.
I could be ok with that, the gratuitous sex scenes and the incest SL if only our main protagonist didn't walk around with a perpetual Im terrified of life expression on her face that's punctuated on occasion with the I don't know what to do in this situation face because I obviously just hatched out of an egg somewhere . Seriously, I don't understand how anyone here says her acting is great because she literally has only 2 expressions.
The supporting cast is decent. The SL are interesting. Mainly though I'm still watching to see if the protagonist has a third expression.
