NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service: Musical Chairs (2019)
So many mistakes it made me cringe
As a musician I could not stand this episode. A few of the mistakes:
- a professional clarinet player would never use a 2 strength reed. I start 5th graders on a 2.5.
- a professional would never only have one reed in their case. They would have several that they worked on to make perfect for themselves.
- the keyboard in the apartment wasn't plugged in.
- They French horn players were using mellophones which are only used for marching band and would not be used by a professional indoors.
- the flugelhorn player played a note with only the third valve. Unless he is trilling a high A he would not use that fingering.
- how we would a musician not notice their case was 10 lbs heavier? They have been carrying instruments since they were 12.
- finally non music related rhodium has a melting point of 3567 degrees F. How did that guy melt it and form it to the exact shape of all those cases?
This is just lazy writing when they don't bother to consult one band performer before they finalize the script.

Insult to music teachers
As a music teacher I find the very concept of her getting hired an insult to my profession. Music teachers are not failed performers. We are people that work our butts off in college so we can give the gift of music to students.
Rocky Road (1985)
This show was on TBS in the 80's
I remember watching this show on Superstation WTBS (now just TBS). I use to watch it after school. The biggest things I remember about it was that there was a big cast change and the cop guy started having a crush on the woman running the ice cream shop who replaced another woman. There was also an episode where a girl had to eat a whole bottle of ketchup. It would be nice to be able to see these shows again. I miss my childhood. This was also back in the time when TBS use to start all of their shows five minutes past the hour or half hour. The other show that use to be shown with this one on TBS was "Down to Earth" that featured Dick Sargent of Bewitched fame.
