Nights of Al-Salheya (2004)
Layali Al Shamia
A serie that brings me back to my childhood memories, arm wrestling between older brother Omar and his younger brother Khaled, under the eyes of their mother and daughter-in-law, such a wonderful scene. I love Al-Hara Al-Shamiya series, especially the old ones.
The Cable Guy (1996)
Somebody to love
Jim Carrey doesn't stop making me laugh every time especially his first movies in the '90s, the karaoke song "Somebody to Love" is so funny and also makes you dance. The movie cannot be evaluated critically as it is purely comedy and does not contain deep goals, otherwise I would have given it a 6 or a 6.5.
The Fugitive (1993)
It's not over yet
I loved the Suspense when he escaped to prove his innocence and find physical evidence to prove his innocence. James Newton Howard's music "it's not over yet" after he escaped from Chicago's Memorial Hospital and shaved his beard and mustache fits the scene and the movie as a whole.
Scent of a Woman (1992)
Pacino
Al Pacino proves everytime his greatness and mastery in difficult and leading roles and wins an Oscar, I can't see another actor who excels in this role other than him, the tango dance with the music of una cabeza is one of the most amazing scenes. The plot of the film was slow and boring sometimes, but it didn't matter as long as the main events were very interesting. I want to note that some of the events may be taken from an Egyptian movie called Kit Kat, whose story is similar to that of the movie.
Titanic (1997)
Remarkable
A lot of superficiality and exaggeration may expose you to ridicule, In addition to your overwhelming success. The scene of the shipwreck and the cellos playing was profound and worth a PAUSE. "Heart rending"
Braveheart (1995)
Just FREEDOM
A film about the true courage of a Scottish patriot who fought valiantly for the freedom of his country and his people. This international film enabled Mel Gibson to reach the highest ranks, but let's say that the film was a bit superficial and commercial and wasn't that deep, even though it tells of an essential piece of Scottish history and its struggle for independence and freedom. The scene of William Wallace's execution and never surrender was very emotional.
Tais-toi! (2003)
Rubyyy
Among the French comedies that I liked the most, this movie is definitely in my collection of the 25 best French-language comedies, Gerard Depardieu perfected his role with great professionalism, the beginning of the plot of the story and the friendship between him and Ruby "John Reno" was very funny after that Send him to the hospital...
El-Kit Kat (1991)
An Egyptian cinematic masterpiece
I can nominate this work for an Oscar with my eyes closed. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, in my opinion, plays the role of a lifetime because this film is difficult to criticize from a technical cinematic point of view, and what remains in the memory and imagination of the viewer is the charming music of the film by Rajeh Daoud, I give this film 9 out of ten deserves, the director touched my soul through this work.
Django Unchained (2012)
Tarantino's perfection
What can I say about a film in which all the conditions, factors and basic pieces of success were combined, starting from the story and the actors to the shooting and directing, I think that Tarantino will continue to be proud of this work. All the actors in the leading roles had the same glow, but Christoph Waltz remained a landmark, and the music was as good as the ones I liked "who did that to you, John Legend", "freedom",..
Bokaat Daw (2001)
Spotlight
A very funny and popular sitcom and has watched in the all Arab world. I still remember Ayman Reda's episode flirting with Karis Bashar. It's really very funny. Each episode has a story and a different topic from the other about Syrian social life.
Léon (1994)
This is not the shape of my heart
A cinematic masterpiece, but I blame the director for the monotony and filling in the last third or quarter of the movie. What I liked the most was the music chosen for the movie, which was by Sting and was compatible, in my opinion, with the story of "Léon". The scene of Mathilda crying and telling Leon that her brother is innocent, so why they killed him with Leon's astonishment while she was speaking, it was a wonderful scene that remains in the minds.
8 Mile (2002)
The Real Slim Shady
The movie is not great from a cinematic point of view, as for the music, it was a masterpiece, with Eminem genius imprinted and he won a well-deserved Oscar. As for the movie, no one can forget the last rap battle and Eminem's win.
Fool el seen el azeem (2004)
Sharkawi
The dialogue and scene of Jaber Al-Sharqawi "3am Achkiat masr" was historically, and remains in Egyptian cinema, in addition to the scene of drug delivery with the gang with "Youm wara Youm" password.
Bab Al Haara (2006)
1S,2S, plus 3S and stop please
After the first three seasons, there has been a stretch and creation of events, the thing I like the most is the 3aradha and the singing.
The serie is a great television work that cannot be erased from the memory of the Arab viewer.
Ln A3esh Fe Gelbab Aby (1996)
Ln A3esh Fe Gelbab Aby
One of the most beautiful Egyptian series in which there are many lessons and lofty meanings. Abdel Ghafour's dialogue and his words with the girl Fatima in the wedding night were wonderful.
A Bronx Tale (1993)
20 $
The 20 $ scene was remarkable
A Bronx Tale very interested and nostalgic movie. I loved the directing and Chazz Palminteri was great, I still can't wait to see it another time.
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
His judgement cometh and that right soon....
Best movie ever, I enjoyed it a lot. The Shawshank Redemption received positive reviews on its release, particularly for its story and the performances of Robbins and Freeman, it was a box-office disappointment, earning only $16 million during its initial theatrical run. Many reasons were cited for its failure at the time, including competition from films such as Pulp Fiction and Forrest Gump, to the general unpopularity of prison films, lack of female characters, and even the title, which was considered to be confusing for audiences. It went on to receive multiple award nominations, including seven Academy Award nominations, and a theatrical re-release that, combined with international takings, increased the film's box-office gross to $58.3 million.
