Mr. Bean: The Animated Series: Green Bean (2015)
Season 4, Episode 5
8/10
Good episode
28 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the those very enjoyable episodes of animated cartoon series of Mr Bean.

Some reason Bean is using more electricity than Mrs Wicket giving her a heavy bill to pay, so she shuts his electricity off. As it's snowy, yet doesn't seem to be December or Christmas, it gets very cold fast.

About halfway through the episode and help of what's shown on the newspaper, he creates a wind turbine to generate his own electricity which I don't know if this is copy of Horrid Henry episode. I don't see why Bean takes the bloomers as they weren't used for the wind turbine.

Good parts of episode Wicket gets her comeuppance and Bean his electricity, like the record played by Bean by singer Roxy.

Cain making amends
22 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Even Aaron is pleased Cain asks him to take him to Holdgate only to speak with Charity who's skeptical of Cain's visit that he won't bother her and Jai again.

I admire Sandy, and his actor Freddie Jones, as he is disappointed no-one takes up his offer of going to his place for a drink.

I don't even know what's Cameron's problem as why he's wound up about Debbie in spending a night with Andy as it is for Sarah's benefit and considering Andy is still Sarah's dad and who Debbie should be with, definitely not Cameron who has no life in the village. I admire the new friendship farmer John Barton has with Chas which makes Moira feel left out. And I don't know much about Eric and Valerie Pollard who is interested in Amy's lad Kyle.

James was very lucky
21 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've seen this episode quite a number of times which I can't recall much of.

I do recall Station Officer Steele has a metal detector yet I thought Sam had his life of inventing things. I like the quote Elvis gave that his coins are precious because they're Elvis's coins. There's a bit confusing on the ending when Elvis buries his coins to have Station Officer Steele to find only then they're not the ones he buried.

As many would say, this is one very serious accident which James was extremely lucky before getting rescued. If only by luck he got something that Bronwyn would take as a birthday present.

Who left the iron on
21 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is a Fireman Sam episode I've seen quite numerous times a while ago.

Whilst Helen is on some course in terms of working as a nurse, he leaves Mike doing the housework. Even Helen wisely suggested to Dilys that Norman should participate as well and good thing Bronwyn stopped him from giving her the slip.

While Mike had to fix the washing machine, surely he would've known he left the iron on or should've unplugged it.

Not much laughs or humour in this episode although Elvis broken a mop after falling backwards down the pole at the fire station which wasn't much funny.

This is one episode the Jones twins are mentioned yet not seen.

Dan sticks up for Chas
21 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've seen this episode of Emmerdale quite a number of times recently and just giving a review for moment.

Alex is awkward around Moira although Andy assumed he is just avoiding work. Moira defends Alex when Andy complains about his apparent lack of motivation. Adam comes in and he obviously doesn't see what's going on. It wouldn't be long before they're both caught and I don't very much like Moira with Alex, even not as much when she was with Cain.

I don't care much about Paddy and Marlon and his lad Leo.

Back in this year episode broadcast, I liked the friendship between Chas and Moira, even Dan really likes Chas, in which Chas is hoping to make Debbie's man jealous.

Good episode
21 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the great episode of the cartoon animated series of Mr Bean.

So Bean has a problem with watching show with the clown guy only he can't get any silence from his next-door neighbour family. As many would say the question as to why he can't turn up the volume or in case Mrs Wicket would complain.

I surprised the neighbours dog didn't have the bear in pieces with his teeth as Bean idea with poodle failed before he had Wicket's cat instead and surprisingly got the fish.

Carrying the television over to the kitchen and garden then the bathroom and attic.

I like the ending of payback only mainly with the baby crying and the dog barking.

Steve Holmes and Tia Thomas scene
9 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I'm only mainly interested, and watched this one scene numerous times than the others, of scene with Steve Holmes and Tia Thomas. It looks like Tia is dressed in school uniform (mainly blazer, white blouse and chequered skirt that's a little shorter than appropriate length) and headband, while she is trying to get a job of something related to design. And Steve is perfectly dressed in a suit and tie even at the start when he is seen wearing glasses.

I like how Tia sucks on Steve's sausage and moisten it with her mouth. I also like how he places her as she sits on the countertop while inserting his sausage into her private area.

I'm not sure about Tia has parents which Steve pointed out she should tell them getting the job only wish it was their encouragement of her and Steve as an item and maybe bit more as what could have a baby in Tia's belly.

Smith is screwed
9 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Like the canteen moment when Manson is certain Smithy was set up by Larson only for the Detective Keane to give line Let's hope Sergeant Smith can prove it as from where's I'm sitting he's screwed.

Even though Lewis is not to familiar when he told June Ackland he hardly knew him Smithy is no saint and shouldn't have got involved with Louise Larson even like Ackland over the Gabriel Kent rubbish.

Whilst Zain goes to check out of Larson's associate Andy Baker, only to meet Matt Finney - actor was in EastEnders as Bianca Jackson's partner Tony King who dirty with her stepdaughter Whitney.

I don't care much about the other storyline in this episode involving Ramani DeCosta.

Warning: Spoilers
I've seen episode of The Bill of its twenty-fourth series quite a number of times and mainly like the first half of it rather than the second-half and ending.

I see Neil Manson returns after left several episodes ago to join his lad Jake. He hears about recent loss of Emma Keene yet Gina tells Reg Hollis has resigned (last seen him episodes ago) only situation with actor Jeff Stewart.

It starts off interesting with a missing groom at his wedding only to find his garage in array and he had a moment with the bridesmaid which the lad Joe is unhappy about.

Actor who plays Mark Griffin was also the one Ramani tried to get.

I hate Smithy and Polly's pretty
2 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This episode I've seen several times

There's the whacky man Jules Ellis who's doesn't want anyone near him and like coordinating the situation including elderly couple being evacuated near him. I hate Smithy and thinks he's a big man doing heroics even he's trying to talk his way out.

I'm mainly interested with Polly Page still happening even with Tony Stamp and June giving their piece of her character.

At the end of the episode, got Cathy Bradford rambling and fantasizing herself as a celebrity when she and Juliet catch the telephone box becoming out of order.

After the warehouse drama, there is the continuous search of Des Taviner yet no avail yet I'm certain of what happened.

Oh Polly
2 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Seen this episode of The Bill a few times yet not much interested in all of what's happening.

Gina and Adam telling June about after the warehouse banger that after forensically checking it out, they're coming to the possibility that Des Taviner is still alive even after seeing him coming out after hiding behind car in Halloween episode last.

What I'm mainly interested in this episode is pretty Polly Page (not too sure what she's wearing throughout court) being ready to face the result of her judgement. Unfortunately, it is not right result and her so-called friend Cathy Bradford is even more unpopular.

Anything else in this episode, I'm not interested or want to review.

Horrid Henry's Halloween
1 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the classic Horrid Henry episodes I've watched numerous times.

I don't much like Henry's ma and her strictness as what Henry did to Peter's hair at least better than stuck with him in that humiliating pink bunny rabbit costume.

While kids to out trick or treating, Henry gets their treats after playing tricks on them, which somewhat encourages me with interest. Kids' costumes like Bert in cardboard robot, Anxious Andrew as a pirate, crybaby William as a cop.

After she initially got pumpkins mush all over her earlier, Moody Margaret gets targeted for last by Henry the Dark Avenger.

Don't mess with Dingles
19 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've seen episode of Emmerdale numerous times in the past few years, and I actually lost count.

It starts off with Debbie having found something out which she is far beyond happy about, which her so-called boyfriend Cameron had a moment of comfort with her aunt Chas. Unfortunately, we don't get to see the immediate aftermath when Debbie shows the photo to her parents Cain and Charity as they question Debbie why she's finished with Cameron.

I feel terrible for Jimmy in that scene he's sitting in the room struggling to come to terms with that he thinks he's done. And then he struggles to corroborate his alibi although I don't like how those detectives are playing mind games. As Jimmy is released, he still can't calm down as he's still a suspect.

Also unfortunately we don't see the aftermath when Chas asks Cameron "I can't leave because don't you know?" Only then Chas tells Cameron what had happened like with Carl wanting her to go with him and he went for her and she fought him off - as well as Chas knows Cameron seen her running pass in her wedding dress. Now it seems Chas thinks she did this while Cameron is remaining silent not admitting his own culpability.

Now Debbie Cain and Charity are not happy after finding out about Chas and Cameron, there's more.

Debbie has got Cameron in someone's comfort
19 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Seems Chas is in thought over the last time she seen Carl was she fought back and left him she might have idea on who did this. I like it when Chas goes visit Gennie and meets her new niece Molly. Although Chas doesn't give actual details over how left things with Dan, she says something cryptic before leaving in a hurry.

Regardless of what Jimmy thinks, we see he's feeling like he's in hot water. At the end, I really don't like how the detective rudely nicks Jimmy for what happened to brother only based on encounter earlier between the brothers.

While Sarah meets her new brother Jack (none of them decide to meet Molly), Debbie has her phone charging which she starts to check for messages, unfortunately opening one of them with a photo of Cameron and someone she wouldn't have expected him to be with.

I'm on Chas's side
9 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Seen this Emmerdale episode a few times more than the previous episode last and giving a review on its tenth anniversary since broadcast.

I don't know or care much about Amy trying to her lad Kyle and that Joanie woman.

Andy and the rest of the Dingle lot are concerned about Debbie deciding to have a fresh start away from the village.

I totally agree with Chas (who I have great sympathy for) when she is totally unhappy how Zak and the rest welcome Debbie back after what she did and they defend her like she did nothing wrong, as well as it's down to Debbie as to what happened to Gennie (although it was Cameron who actually did that). I wish I was there as my own character defending Chas bring her friend Katie back or even her niece Molly. I like the final scene of Paddy and Chas after they getting close and humourously tipsy from several drinks.

Tenth anniversary of episode and Chas and Paddy bowling
8 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I haven't seen much of this episode of Emmerdale as it wasn't too interesting to my liking. I'm giving a review of it as it is tenth anniversary since it was broadcast.

There's the whole situation Val and Amy and some woman Joanie who's adoptive grandmother of Kyle (Amy and Cain Dingle's lad) taken Kyle out near the river only then things turn unexpectedly horrific.

I mainly like the scenes of Paddy and Chas together such as they go for a run. Paddy was out of line when he brings up about Chas not listening to Gennie and my heart breaks for Chas (yet still think she look after Molly as Emmerdale now this year not as great). First the run then they go bowling only for Paddy to see Rhona.

Fred Jones and Bones
20 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is another entertaining Scooby-Doo episode I could've watched a bit more. I very much like the sport theme episodes after the golf one and this motor racing episode is quite similar to the off-road racing with the giant worm. Has humourous moments like Velma driving the Mystery Machine to Fred adjusting the controls of Mystery Machine with bedrooms with satellite dish etc come out.

Although there was the Mike Fury and Batson as the prime suspects, the actual culprits are somewhat unpredictable as it seems quite unlikely how they managed to pull off something so elaborate and ingenious and also unclear whether they get off scot-free for their naughtiness yet they don't address or call the Mystery Gang as kids which is something new.

Inventor and Bean Brains
19 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of those episodes of animated series of Mr. Bean I've seen quite numerous times and really liked.

Starts with Mr. Bean Bean tries to outshine the inventor by making an invention for Mrs Wicket by with wiring and putting remote car wheels on base of reclining armchair like some motorised wheelchair, somehow this does reference in live series of Bean driving his Mini from sitting on roof in armchair in Do-it-yourself and the motorised wheelchair in park when he adjusting a boy's remote control boat.

I quite like how it shows the attic room upstairs (not same in Spring Clean episode) much smaller than Bean's apartment.

Ray Moore again
12 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is quite an interesting episode of The Bill.

Phil Hunter returns to CID after his brotherly bust-up with Stuart a few episodes ago. He literally let himself get wet after visiting the drycleaners. He finds out Todd Bailey cautioned for nicking a Saab Cabriolet. Both Phil Hunter and Stuart Turner work alongside each other in dealing with whole thing with the Bailey brothers and Murray Tyler.

What I'm mainly interested in this episode is another plot involving the villain and Superintendent John Heaton's archenemy: Ray Moore, as he is somewhat implicated in Sken gang member Wesley Meeks getting shot in chest at the wheel of his car as Wesley gave Moore's name to nurse Tash. Despite the circumstantial evidence, can't forget what Heaton said "Bottom line is Neil, I don't believe Wesley Meeks said Ray Moore's name for the hell of it" Ray Moore is unsurprisingly cool and full of wisecracks: "John, you might want to borrow my handkerchief, you got a wee bit of egg on your face". Johnny Boy makes a last-ditch effort to rattle Moore only nurse Tash who heard Wesley's dying words in the hospital, which he made a rash mistake only Tash to pay the price.

Best episode of this series
12 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Only giving the review of this classic Scooby-Doo episode as it's about fifty years since released, also seen it mainly from watching videotape of Scooby-Doo and Witch's Ghost which ape-man and this episode followed movie.

So the gang plans on having a late night party on the beach which is cut short by Scoob finding the glowing diver which one of the best creeps.

The mystery isn't much great as from the numerous yachts that have disappeared and the gang only suspect being sailor Ebenezer Shark (who not only has a diving suit, he knows about Captain Cutler). One episode Velma accompanies Shaggy and Scooby to the lighthouse.

11 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
As much as Melody feels bad for what she did, her running away is hardly the solution even she tried it before when Jai stopped her. Miles, with Alf and Geoff decide to go look for her.

As for two minor and unimportant plots like Roman saying Martha's welfare is his business as Hugo is also against him. I so hate what Ruby did with Xavier in last episode even wish I was there to call Tony and Hugo. Even Charlie telling her about what she, Tony and Jack found on him the last time he was in Summer Baby doesn't make much a difference. Ruby doesn't care about anyone else and trusts Xavier when she knows for about five minutes.

Like the first scene
10 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is an episode I've seen quite a few times. Starts with Jai starting his firefighter skills after what he and Trey caused to the caravan (first hose isn't long enough). I like how no-one, at first, is aware that Geoff and Claudia are in there after their moment of passion. The first scene of this episode is somewhat reminder of the school formal by both Melody and Kane's car.

I so hate Ruby in this episode as well, like no-one made here to supervise and referee the situation between Jai and Trey, she didn't call the fire brigade (just held phone to her ear without talking) and she goes at Hugo for Charlie being with him.

As the episode ends Geoff comes face-to-face with Claudia's lad Lachie who thinks he's hard-man. Also, some fans now recognise his actor Jackson Heywood who later in the soap as Brody Morgan for three years.

Great episode
9 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is another favourite of my episodes of Australia's Home and Away which should have seen it before it was first broadcast.

Rachel has worked out Bridget has a made-up story being exposed and about to take Alf money next step, only for Bridget use what happen to Jack to her advantage. Even Belle seems responsible for what happened to Jack.

Melody has now admitted to Miles and Bartlett about locking the doors at the school formal only after being upset about Geoff rejecting her. While Geoff and Aden are compassionate and sympathetic, Nicole is far from it and she turns into like Jai in last episode as Melody didn't at all seem to care.

One of the best Emmerdale episodes
30 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the most popular and my favourite episodes of Emmerdale as it brings its thirtieth anniversary. I very much like the opening scene of Dan and Chas already married same with Declan and Katie, and see the King brothers, Carl and Jimmy, after their altercation.

After marrying Dan, Chas wants to get away before Carl finds her, and when he has, he feels betrayed yet he gave her no choice. Cameron tries some way in getting hold of Carl's phone or rather delete the evidence he's got against him.

Regardless of what anyone says otherwise, Carl brought this on himself and great performance by Tom Lister, and the director.

Favourite movie of franchise
29 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
After watching the original Child's Play released two years prior, this was also another great movie just at equal level or just slightly prefer this sequel over the first movie. Even James A Janisse of Dead Meat ranked this as his number 1.

Alex Vincent as Andy Barclay is quite grown and mature into taking matters into his own hands. Surely, he could've done more action in taking care of Chucky (like Kevin McCallister of Home Alone) instead of standing and watching and let himself take the fall.

If there's anything I didn't like in this movie is the teacher Miss Kettlewell who one of the worst adult characters in the franchise, she should've been reported for such acts even locking Andy in the classroom and assuming he defaced his homework. Also, some don't like the foster parents: Phil and Joanne, as they don't know Andy's genuine innocence from the broken ornament in pieces as Chucky used it. Phil is quite a strict meanie who takes no nonsense while Joanne is more compassionate, like any motherly figure, to Andy yet I didn't like when she assumes Andy topped Phil in the basement despite the electric knife he's holding is incriminating. I'm very much disappointed that the last we see of Joanne alive wasn't shown, we should've seen her reaction about Chucky being alive and her realization that Andy was truly innocent and telling the truth.

Kyle is very much likeable sidekick in this movie as she helps Andy in final scene at the factory and Andy saves her on the conveyor belt. Christine Elise does a good job in the movie in giving the tough big sisterly role.

The ending is kinda like a cliffhanger with no telling what Andy and Kyle do or go to as they no idea of home is. I certainly don't like the next movie sequel set at the military academy and Justin Whalin replacing Alex Vincent as Andy.
