OK, I Guess
26 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
When they were promoting this game back in 2000 i was expecting so much i tried to bought it many times back then but every time i tried to there was something forcing me not to buy it : once it was broken other times the game was sold. and at the end i got the chance to play it recently: Was it worth it , well no, despite of being such i huge fan for the series i didn't like it ( i don't hate), and that because the took everything from metroid and Prince Of Persia and just put Lara instead of the main character of both games. Also, The controls were another problem : they were very difficult and tricky ( so if u thought TR controls at PS1 were difficult u will find it in this game much worse) Despite all the bad things I've mentioned earlier the game is still worth playing for the dying fan and u will feel happy while seeing Lara at the small screen doing almost every moves she used to do in the PS1.

Still One Of The Best Romantic Comedies
2 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
(When Harry Met Sally) discuss an important thing that many people are still arguing about it till this day: Men and Women can't be Friends. And for the rest of the film it discuss this issue and make it for sure that no man can ever be a friend to a woman due to the sex part between them.

WHMS: is a brilliant comedy with brilliant direction and casting. Starring: Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal, and directed by the fabulous Rob Reiner: most known for (Misery 1990 and Stand by me 1986).

Meg Ryan made a lot of comedies, but her best performance was in four films (including this one):
  • Sleepless In Seattle 1993
  • When Harry Met Sally 1989
  • Joe Versus the Volcano 1990
  • You Have Got A Mail 1998

She was really amazing here with hair funny facial expressions and her acting is the same style she uses in SIS, so if you love that film I highly recommend this one.

As For Billy Crystal he was funny as usual, he is one of my favorite comedian star of all time, and I don't think that anyone else could portrayed this role as he did, her really was fabulous.

At the end the film is powerful convincing source that both men and women can't be friends no matter of what they pretend, someone may disagree with it saying that he or she has a lot of friends from the opposite sex, but the film here is not discussing the normal friendship (which includes dining at the end of the week, or going to a bar and have a drink) it talks about the best friend : so it is impossible to find a best friend female to a guy that goes wherever he goes talks about the smallest details that guys talks about (And the same thing goes for women).

Sorry, But I Prefer The Fan 1981
18 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The main reason that drove me to watch this film was the music score that was made by Pino Donaggio (the same guy who made the fan 1981 score: which was terrific by the way), knowing that it was a hit back then in 1980 (both financially and critically) and knowing that (Brian De Palma) directed it, I told myself that this must be something, but was it? Well it wasn't.

Dressed to kill talks about a middle aged woman who killed by unknown women in the elevator and discovered by a young lady who saw the killer face (and the rest of the film is about attempting the killer reaching the witness to kill her). The idea sound familiar, to the horror fans, and that's because it takes the same elements of (psycho 1960), but making it different by changing the story line, so my first problem was that the film didn't bring anything new! (Just Adding some sexuality and unnecessary nudity)

Another thing was showing the face of the killer, if you just took a close look at it, you will realize that it was her doctor wearing a wig (if they didn't show the face over and over again it would became a lot of surprising for the audience, even though I knew that he was the killer from the session at the early of the begging: when he looked at the mirror after her question he couldn't looked at her straight on the eye, which means he wasn't normal).

The Best Thing was two scenes: the Elevator and museum they really were fabulous, fantastic and brilliant and must watched for their both brilliant score and cinema photography (other than this there is nothing special about it). Final rate: 4 out of 10

Amazing
12 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
BFAT talks about a story of a young woman who don't know herself and always fear of commitment and responsibilities even she is afraid to give her own cat a name because she don't want to feel any kind of responsibility.

The film was based on novella by Truman Capote under the same name and originally he wanted Marilyn Monroe to play the lead character (Holly Golightly), but because at that time Paramount was the production company and didn't have MM under it contract the gave the role to their number one star back the Audrey Hepburn with changing the character somehow to be appropriate to their movie star.

Personally this is one of my all-time favorite films, and that's because it contains drama, sadness and comedy in a way that makes you capable to watch the film anytime without feeling annoyed about the sadness or silly of the comedy in it. And Audrey performance he is her best performance of all time she really reach the peak of her acting career at this role (she made a lot of great roles after that, but not like this one). Some people didn't like her voice singing for Moon River (Including The director), but for me I think keeping it was the right decision, because the character at that scene is singing to herself thinking about the unhappy life she is living in and not to the audience, so she didn't need to be a professional singer to sing that song.

The Final scene was so brilliant and essential at the same time to the story and it is away much better than the original ending that Truman Capote wrote (which was living the writer as she did to other men before him in her life), because it gave the answer the Holly was looking for in life that she didn't know or decided to ignore.

One of the best 60s films that no one she every miss.

The Fan (1981)
6/10
A Good Early Version Of Misery
8 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The Fan is horror psychological thriller film talks about a young fan who is obsessed with an old movie star, so he only thinks about her and writes to her in anytime (morning, afternoon even after midnight), and step by step his obsession grew more and more in a dangerous way that leads him to harm and even murder people who thinks are trying to separate them.

This was First directing debut for Ed Bianchi with two big star of the golden age of Hollywood :

Lauren Bacall who plays the aging movie star and James Garner, it also include Michael Biehn (who plays the fan) who plays his first dramatic role on the big screen .

The film is arguably one of the most underrated horror films of the 80s (a lot of people will argue with me), but comparing this one with silly films that gained a lot of money in the box-office without any reason makes this film a classic.

First of all the idea ( a fan's obsession with his movie star ) was never introduce before to the big screen in this kind of way, and we saw it years later in Misery 1990 but in a different way

Second Ed Bianchi gave us a great intro to the film that no other horror film did before, showing us the two characters at the same time what they are doing and thinking about.

Third the music score which was made by Pino Donaggio ( Who also composed Dressed to kill a year before) was so great, powerful and exceptional and it hunts you from the beginning till the end.

Without a doubt the only one who shines in this film was Michael Biehn he really was the perfect choice to perform a psycho fan : his face expression, body language were both at the top and it was so surprising to see him in this role because a year before he totally did a different kind of character in

Hog Wild ( Which was a silly but amusing at the same time).

As For Lauren Bacall she had her moments, but she wasn't at her best and she was old for the character, there were scenes that she wasn't convincing as the scary actress who is afraid of her life

( Her reaction to the telephone call from her stalker was so cold, and they way she acted in the final chasing scene at the theater was also unbelievable, Michael biehn was sweating all over his body and she who has been chased and attacked was so dry !!!) And no Comment about her voice singing.

James Garner ( Who i love so much ) appearance here is a big question mark i still wounder why he accepted this role there was nothing special about this supporting character any other unknown actor could play it, but to bring a big star to play this role it was a silly thing to do ( I guess the producers chose him along side Lauren Bacall to promote the film, because both of them had a big audience).

There was a nice moment to see the unknown actress (Back then) Dana Delany as saleswomen working with Biehn at the same store (who both appeared together again years later in Tombstone 1993).

At the end this is a must see for horror fans it isn't perfect and had a lot of mistakes, but still have many things that will work for you, and if you liked Misery you will certainly like this film too.

It Was Good , But Could Have Been Perfect
4 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This series was and still one of all my time favorite TV show of all time and that's for many reasons:

1- Ray Liotta ( which is the first reason just to watch the show) no other actor could be able to perform this complicated character as he did and unfortunately with all the seasons he didn't get a one single nomination ( which is one of the most underrated performance on the small screen )

2- Jennifer Lopez performance here is exceptional and so powerful and without a doubt her best performance for many years since Selena 1997 .

3- The story line which focusing one the bad cops and explaining the circumstances that led them to choose their bad choices in life .

The first Season was brilliant from A to Z , and when i heard that they started shooting the second one i was kind of skeptical because i thought that the story and the events were all closed , but i was wrong because the second was really almost as the same level as the first one even the ending was so cool and kept us all wonder what will happen to the lead characters .

However the third season was kind of a let down ( not just for me, but for a lot of fan ) the writers really rushed for this one.

The biggest problem in the third season was they just focused on JLO character even Liotta character didn't get that kind of attention from the writers ( although he was the lead male character of the show).

There were some of great scenes like when Jlo discovers her boyfriend body, the final scene between her and Warren Kole , but that wasn't enough to save the show or at least to give us a satisfying ending because the final episode was the weakest one, again the just focused on JLO sacrifice without giving any attention to her other friends and partners who all had many problem in the show.

Again the final season wasn't bad, but it wasn't that perfect , but still better than a lot of TV shows which ruined with their final season or episode ( I'm talking of course about Dexter, Lost and Scandal )

Could Have Been A Lot Better
17 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
To begin with this is probably one of the hardest film to find in the market so the best thing is to get it from Amazon or see it online .

Anyway the story talks about a soldier from WWII (Michael Biehn) who returned to his town after being burned in one of the battles and since then he live his life a lone served and befriended by his own servant (Michael Beach) and most of the time he ask him to write to his lover (Maureen Mueller) that he didn't see since the accident in order not to scare her or loosing her, after what happened to his face and body. He only goes at nights to take a look at her so he can see her without being seen. after a while an escaping young guy (Patrick Dempsey) come and live with him in one condition to help him writing and sending letters to his love. and after that a love triangle appears between these three characters.

To be honest i was expecting more from this film because of it's a great cast, but unfortunately that wasn't enough (Michael Biehn) was good in his role and tried hard in a lot to show us the feeling and the pain that he is dealing with everyday, but the problem was, which reminds me also of every film made about Anna Karenina: An hour and a half isn't enough to describe Anna character to the audience, because it's a complicated one (and that also goes for Garnet character). The running time of the film was very short which made the film goes so fast in a lot of scenes like the battle scene it was very very brief , the hospital scene, even the love triangle didn't developed very well not to mention the end of the story , i mean how can a guy return to his love who she dumped him for the other guy who also was starting to have feeling to him!. I don't think this is a bad film , but comparing it to the novel which is based on, make it a little bit weak.

Nevertheless i highly recommend it for both Biehn and Beach performances

Deadly Intentions (1985 TV Movie)
8/10
If Only It was Made For the Big Screen
16 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Deadly Intentions is a crime thriller movie made for the Television back in 1985 which was based which was based on a true story that was publish as a book by William Randolph Stevens , and it tells the story of a young girl who married her prince charming only to discover later that he is totally a psychopath .

The film is two parts:

The first part shows you the story of the couple before their marriage and till the escape of the wife with her baby.

As for the second part it give as the events after three years of the first one from the day Charles trying to kill his previous wife till the end of the trial. and to be honest the first part was much powerful than the second one, don't get me wrong the second part was good but not as the same level of the first i felt like it was rushed a little bet and the court room scenes were also not that perfect except from a the confrontation by both Charles and his ex-wife .

Michael Biehn who is an action movie star most probably well known for (Terminator 1984 , Tombstone 1993 and Aliens 1986) gave us without doubt best performance for his whole life he really portrayed this psycho character more than anyone can do he showed us two sides of his character the evil and the complicated guy which was crated by his unreal mom who adopted him as a child and the face expressions and the body language that he made were so realistic, powerful and brilliant that surpassed his previous powerful role in the Fan 1981 with Lauren Bacall.

Madolyn Smith Osborne who plays the vulnerable wife was so perfect for the role her motherhood emotions were at the top along side her reaction to her psycho husband that turned her life to nightmare.

this was for sure one of the most underrated films I've ever seen and I wish that this was made for the big screen because it would have got a bigger budget and a better screen play and probably both Biehn and Osborne would get Oscar Nominations for their amazing roles

Predator (1987)

Makes Commando Look Like A Shakespeare Masterpiece !!!
9 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Sorry, but i still don't know why people keep considering this as a classic!

1- it's just a show for Mr.Schwarzenegger body.

2- Zero logic in this film

3- Predator Can't kill Schwarzenegger As Other Actors, because he is the star of the film ( i guess Predator was afraid of losing his job)

4- They killed at once two black actors ( as they couldn't wait to get rid of them)

I really I don't mind popcorn films like commando, Tomb Raider,Justice League etc, but to make a cheap, boring popcorn Movie and promoting it as a classic that is the worst thing you can do in a film industry ( it reminds me of Friday The 13th, Twilight) a film with nothing gained millions of Dollars without knowing why !

sorry but this film deserve 3 out of 10

Ok, But Neglects An Important Massage
5 October 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The film is honestly of of the most strange stories I've ever watch in my whole life and it deals with a subject that love of the soul is much more important from the psychical appearance, and the young actors in the film all gave a great job, but after half of the film my enthusiasm started to go out, because the film continued the same events over and over again and didn't dealt with the subject as the novel did, for example : in the book the heroin tried to know who is this soul that she is in love with. in the film they didn't do that at all.

speaking of the book there is also a thing that i didn't like is that is true that you have to love the soul of a person not his body or his appearance, but what about sleeping with the person that is possessed without knowing what is happening and presenting it as an okay thing ( sorry that is unethical and call a cheating) yes i understand that she loves him, but sleeping with different guys that makes her a #### (sorry for that, but her behavior is not called love it's called selfishness)

Life Isn't Fair
16 July 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Before reviewing this film i must say that (this film isn't for everyone) which means it's not a fun movie to watch to pass the time or a regular drama that gives you the pleasure after watching it.

To be specific it is one of the darkest films I've ever seen since ( sunset Blvd. 1950 ) both of them discuss the problems of getting old. (Sunset Blvd.) discuss the life of aged actress in Hollywood while this film discuss the life of a middle aged woman who can't support herself after the death of her mother, she can't do anything because of her age (because most of the places are looking for young, fresh faces) so in order to save herself and her life she kept taking her mom salary by pretending that she is her mom.

what was so special about this story is the reality of it, there are a lot of women like Kyra not only in New York, but in the whole world that can't support themselves and the biggest problem is that no one cares , it is so sad and tragic but it's real and people must watch this film to know what's happening in the world not all people are happy and rich there are so many of them who can't even eat.

I'm totally speechless to talk about Michelle Pfeiffer performance, she was so good I've not seeing her acting like that since (The Deep End of the Ocean) which was released in 1999. i'm not saying that she didn't give us a good since them she played many good roles but not like this one, her body language and face expression are great.

There are two amazing scenes in this movie that blew up my mind :

  • The first one when she discovers that she lost her ID card and she just goes nuts, looking everywhere, even walking in the streets while talking to herself because of the scariness she is feeling of finding about her fraud.

  • The second one is when she goes to her ex-husband asking him for money just to pay the rent of her apartment and she is so proud to ask him because of her pride and i'll admitted that i dropped tears while watching this scene because it is a a difficult situation that no one wish to be in. (this scene must be studied in acting schools)

Director Andrew Dosunmu gave us her a very unique way of work most of the scene were dark and the main focus the whole time was in the whole time was in the main character Kyra which kind a strange thing for me that amused me, but i don't think the a regular person would like. There are also so many people didn't like the music of the film calling it annoying, which didn't matter to me because I've found so perfect because it described the situation the Kyra is living in.

Dino Crisis 2 (2000 Video Game)

Why Capcom !!!
10 July 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Although many players loved the first one back on 1999, but a lot of them were so upset about the difficulty of the game, so in order to please the gamers Capcom did a deadly mistake. They changed the game from horror to action.

I was very shocked when I played it because they destroyed the whole game system, so instead of using your brain to solve puzzles they gave you weapons and asked you just to shoot dinosaurs (Every Single One) excuse me, am I playing Dino Crisis 2 or Dino Crisis Arcade!!!

Shooting Dinosaurs isn't a big issue for me I actually loved it, but when I have to keep going back and kill and kill just to gain a new weapon, items or bullet it just destroyed the joy of the game that the original used to have.

Another thing that annoyed me was the variety of Dinosaurs, i can't believe i'm saying this but, they brought every single Dinosaurs that scientist discovered without keeping anything to the next game (which led them to made the third one on space and destroyed the whole franchise)

This game could be accepted if they really made it for the Arcade system and call it Dino Crisis the arcade game, but to make it a main sequel after and changing it like that after only one year of the original that's the first step that led Capcom to hell by destroying a lot of amazing titles just like Resident Evil, Onimusha and Devil May Cry.

Alicia Was The Perfect Lara, But The Script Wasn't That Much
20 June 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I have a mixed feeling about this film. and the problem is due to the script . After the flop of the cradle of life back to 2003, i didn't want to come a fast sequel as fast as (cradle of life) because it was disaster.

Anyway years went by and when i first heard about giving Alicia the role i was sure she would be the perfect choice for the reboot because she really look alike the new game character and after watching it i was convinced much more of that, she really developed herself, her body even her style of walking talking like Lara Croft.

However, the problem of this film was the story line or the script :

First : the main elements of the film was exactly the same of the 2001 version. (Lara croft dad is dead or to be specific presumed dead , and the main character is the one who killed him! and the final fight between Lara and him is almost identical) the difference is that in the 2001 version Lara tries to bring her father back to life, here she is searching for him.

Second : the action scenes are few which didn't allow us to see Alicia's Strength (even though some scenes are shot in a great way, but that doesn't help the film.

third : the story is so predictable which means you won't get surprised by any event.

fourth: Lara Strength : in this film she is supposed to become the Tomb Raider which means she must to gain power through her travel because she only a regular person who only plays kickboxing, nevertheless one scene we see her weak and the other weak and that showed a lot in the film.

Finally ; the villain character was almost identical of (Manfred Powell) which was the main villain of the 2001 version.

Nevertheless the film is enjoyable and has it's moments and Alicia was great as Lara, but if someone asked me which one do you recommend i go with the 2001 version because it has a lot of action scenes with a lot of fun, but this film is definitely much away better than the 2003 version .

One Guy Destroyed The Whole Pic
30 May 2018
Warning: Spoilers
TBM is another movie sequel for the famous GSM for Hallmark network which is a famous network for crimes and mysteries . Anyway the film by itself is good and entertaining as usual because lets face it's a family show that can anyone watch , however the villain guy which was portrait by (Michael Teigen) destroyed the whole show : from the start you can tell that he is the murderer even when he is pretending to be a good guy you can tell that he is a bad one, he's acting skills are very weak he's reactions are very bad and the final scene when he tried to attack the cop was terrible i couldn't stop laughing at this scene it reminds me when we were kids trying to act like a grown ups ! this is acceptable from a kid but not at all from an adult person who acted 88 credits !!!

Truth or Dare (2017 TV Movie)

Now I knew Where The Idea of 2018 Version Came From
20 May 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I passed this film accidentally , i was searching for the 2018 version on web and by accident i discoverer a movie with a same title that was released a year before or to be specific a months earlier (because it was released actually at the end of 2017). Anyway the similarity doesn't stop there but it also goes to the story line and characters a triangle love and the hero kills himself in order to make sure that the best friends will be a live. Anyway the difference between the two versions goes like this : one is totally a horror no single laugh at it (2017 version) and the other one is supposed to be scary but all it gave us is a enjoy and laugh as it was a black comedy . Another difference i must mention here is the ending for this one it is kind of dark and unclear where in the new one is more clear and enjoyable .

So at the end if you are looking for a horror film choose this one, and if you are looking for fun just pick the new version of this year .

Works As A Comedy
13 May 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The film is about the famous game ( Truth or Dare) but somehow an evil soul possessed the game and cursed it in a way that anyone who would play it must play it faithful, otherwise he would be dead . This is the whole movie idea with a usual opening ending (which producers intend to make in order to make a sequel if the film brought a lot of money in the box office). The film wasn't that bad, i guess it's an ok one that u can watch with ur girlfriend and friends at the weekend, however the problem with this film was describing it as a Horror!!! it could be much better to describe it as a Black Comedy. because honestly u won't be afraid at all, to be precise u will laugh at every horror and death scene. final rate: 4.5 out of 10

The Burning (1981)

Kind Of A Let Down
18 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Because i'm kind of 80s horror slasher films fan i couldn't wait till watching this one, and that's because it was praised by horror fans and critics. but i must say that i didn't know what was all the fuss about ! The Beginning of the film was kind of promising we see a prank played by group of teenagers which goes wrong and burns a guy then after five years he gets out of the hospital and starts to kill teenagers at the camp ( in a way of revenge).

The first murder he committed was to a prostitute which i found kind of bizarre, why he did that to her! (he must kills the boys who were responsible of his accident) , even when he goes to kill boys and girls at the camp you just keep asking yourself the same question ( why he's killing them although they are not the same dudes who made the prank!)

Another thing was that the director killed this character right away from the start by showing his face through the window (they should kept his face kind of a mystify till the end of the film) and the second crime he commits goes around half an hour from the first one which makes you bored.

One of the biggest mistakes was the killing and the slaughtering scenes (they really were terrible) ,because you just couldn't see it clearly even the last fight with the two heroes was also unclear ( although now we know how the guy looks like, but they just kept the fight vague and blurry ) . As for the characters , honestly i only liked Todd character which was played by Brian Matthews, as for the rest of the cast they were okay and Jason Alexander presence was so enjoyable . The only one i couldn't stand was Brian Backer, i didn't know whether he was a victim, lunatic or a complicated guy. he just tries the whole time to make feels sorry for him in the wrong direction ( he just kept showing us a silly performance with terrible body langue : honestly when he was running away from the burned guy i couldn't tell whether he was scared or having something else !!!.

loved it !!!
12 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
In every year there are a lot of titles of batman most of them are ok and only few of them are good. i think that this movie was the best one to see in the whole batman animated series since ( under the hood) which was released back away in 2010. I wasn't impressed when i first heard that (Sam Lui ) is going to direct this version because i was so disappointed with both (the killing joke & Harley Quinn), but i must say that he gave us here a brilliant job . what i liked about this film was the story which was totally amazing (changing both the characters and the time events) the animation was also good. and the identity of Jack The Ripper was somehow good ( Even though, it wasn't that difficult to know who really he was) . i know that this was based on a book which was released in 1989, but i'm really hopping to see a sequel of this version.

It's Bad, Really Bad
9 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Yesterday, i found this film on TV and wasn't in the mood to play one on the DVD, so i told myself "give this one a chance, even it wasn't well known". Now usually i'm from the kind of people that can stand bad films, even if it's bad i watch it till the end, even if it was in the cinema, but this film was exception.

From the beginning there was something wrong, they put David Arquette as the main villain, i mean who could believe that ! . David is one of those actors who can only play the funny Innocent guys he was totally wrong for the part. Another thing was the camera angel and the style of shooting which was very bad and not scary at all because everything was predictable , and there were times the style of shooting was so silly and boring like a 5 year old child tries to make his first film.

i was really surprised to see Bellamy Young here, she is one of the stars of scandal and she did a small part in this terrible film!!!

Anyway i tried very hard to keep watching it, and when i couldn't i put the mute mode just to make it easier for me to watch, but it really didn't help me at all because after five minutes i changed it for a cartoon channel just to take a deep breath and feel the life again!!!

Brilliant
1 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Arguably this film is one of the best films of 2017 the story line was so powerful and unique at the same time, and the three leading actors ( Frances McDormand, Sam Rockwell and Woody Harrelson ) brought one of their best performances till date.

Frances McDormand character is fantastic she shows her toughness having this strong character to all the people around her, like she is saying ( i don't care about what do u think, i'll do what i want no matter what), but when she is by herself or a closer friend who knows her very well she shows us her feeling as a broken heart women and she is still have feelings and big heart and the director gave us that in an early scene when she helps an insect that is on her back unable to walk.

Woody Harrelson also gave us one of his best heartbreaking roles that is different from most of the characters that he usually plays.

But the biggest surprise for me was Sam Rockwell, he was superb at his role and he brought to the screen a complected character in a funny way, so yes the character is racist and have this a dark side, but at the same time funny and enjoyable to watch. he is the kind of guy who can't do anything without asking his mother first, but he is uncomfortable with that and it showes very well in the way of pronouncing her name while someone mentioning her and making fun of him.( i couldn't stop laughing when his mother asked him : Do u want me to go to the police station asking them to bring you back!!!)

As for the whole film the directing is very good not brilliant, but again it's so decent , and the story is so good and enjoyable except the last part because they gave us so much at the begging and the middle of film, but at the end they closed it in an open ending style, which i didn't like.

I, Tonya (2017)
6/10
A Great Performances
26 February 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This film talks about the life of (Tonya Harding) one of the best female skating in the 90s. and her big scandal that destroyed her life career.

The film stars one of world famous actress in our time Margot Robbie who raise to fame after her huge breakthrough in Wolf Of Wall Street 2013. following with two acclaimed movies ( Focus 2015 & suicide squad 2016) which distinguish her great star power.

As for this film no doubt that MR delivers one of her best performance to the screen, she really transferred herself of becoming the real Tonya. Allison Janney was really the second reason for watching this film, she really brought one of her best performances which's mixed with comedy and darkness (her role really is one of the best dark comedy performances I've ever seen).

Despite these two stars the film could have been better, the main problem of this film was the interview scenes for each character, it wasn't bad , but it took a lot of time of the film which makes you losing the track of the film, not to mention becoming bored in a lot of times because the film was really long and maybe half of it was in the interview style and in a randomly way! i think they could saved this problem by two things:

First: They had to reduce either the intreview scenes or the time of the film

Second: they had to put the original interviews with the real people, because no matter how the actor is good, he will never be able to show the same view of the real person.

At the end it's an okay film and a must watch for both MR & AJ performance.

Lady Bird (2017)
8/10
Fantastic !!!
26 February 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Story: the story focus on the relationship between a mother and a daughter who both have different look to life , and a strong characters which lead them to a lot of arguments.

Although the story isn't new and a lot of films brought this subject to the big screen , this movie maybe the first one who brought it in a very new and attractive way : mixing dram with religious beliefs and covering both of them with comedy, which brings a unique outcome that u can't stop watching and learning from it. Saoirse Ronan who plays the leading role amazed me by her brilliant performance which was mixed of drama, comedy (she really was on fire almost in every scene). She gave us a totally different character than her previous two times Oscar nominations, which I both enjoyed but not like this one because it was really a magical one, and a lot of people will remember Saoirse Ronan in this movie like people still remembering Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's and Diane Keaton in Annie Hall. (Lady Bird) character will be an Iconic character in the movie history.

Laurie Metcalf who played the mother role which was for me also a leading role ( although they gave her a supporting nomination) was also amazing, she plays a mom with a strong character because she was forced to be like that, Lady Bird's father is the sweets guy of the house but sweetness isn't enough to built a house so, the mom had to take care of everything in order to save the house.

There were three essential scenes that both the mother and the daughter gave us an Oscar performance that no one should miss. In general both of the two leading characters have rights and wrongs, each one of them have her point of view and a lot of this come most of the time due to the gap between there generation, it's really the story of each one of us with his parents and eventually will be with his children.

They Should have made It The Final Appearance For Catwoman For The Whole Show !
3 February 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I still remember the first time i saw this episode back to the mid-nineties on the VHS, back then i was a child and it was the episode that introduced me to the Dark Knight. it was a nice one not perfect but show us the good side of Catwomen. It takes us immediately after the events of (the cat and the claw: part 2) showing what happened to Selina Kyle after being arrested , anyway the judge let her out, giving her 5 year probation with two conditions staying out of trouble and never dare to war Catwomen costume again, but after coming home and discovering that her cat is missing she goes back to Catwomen in order to find her cat. i think the only problem with this episode is ti's time line, writers rushed away with this episodes while they could've make it the last appearance for Miss. Kyle, because there were a lot of episode with Catwomen after this one, that didn't make a sense! without explaining why she went back to her bad way of life! at the end it's a good episode and it will mean a lot to you if you were an animal lover just like me.

It Starts Good and end in a very weak way
30 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The story of the film goes like this : a divorced mom goes on a date with a nice guy in a nice date, but that all gone the next day when she find her date killed while sleeping next to her, and of course the police accused her of the murder . At first the film shows your all you need to like it and really all the actor in the first half part gave us a good job, but that all went down in the half when here best friend mention that she cant have kids! what was the director and the writer thinking of this line ( it wasn't necessary and destroyed the whole film because you can tell that she is the murderer). Then the final scene really killed the whole film : i mean the cop took almost from day to night to reach the heron house to save her after knowing the killer identity ( and the funny thing was that she didn't do anything and arrived the last person of the whole cast !!! Final word: if you had the chance to see it on the TV, while you were having a bad day and want just to pass the time just watch it other wise skip it and don't buy it or even rent it.

Body of Proof: Daddy Issues (2013)
Season 3, Episode 13
8/10
Only Gave it 8 Due to the actors performance
24 November 2017
Warning: Spoilers
This was the last episode of the whole show that had only three seasons ,i guess as a whole season this one was the best.

From the first episode the show was on fire(some of the episodes were OK and only two were weak one of them was this one). The general idea of it was so powerful but when they developed it, it was somehow weak and unreasonable. The first problem was that the evil character brought to the show only in a few episodes before this one, only to put the blame on her as a murderer (which was a ridiculous thing to do!!!).

The second thing was that the story of the other cast wasn't completed.the writers just wanted to finish the show due the channel orders, and i think that they could make it in two parts which would've be more reasonable but like this it wasn't reasonable at all.

This show had it's moment and was so powerful in a lot of episodes, it is so shame that a series like this have only three seasons while a silly show like supernatural is now on its 13th season!
