So disappointed. While I didn't love the first wonder woman it was an enjoyable film and a step in the right direction. 1984 is a step backwards. From the recycled superman 2 story line of losing powers in order to have love and then giving up love to get them back and save the world to the 1980's superfluous kitsch, wonder woman fails to progress. Wonder woman should stand alone on her power and grace but instead 1984 centers her life around a man she hasn't even seen in twenty years. There is no character development for cheetah and her story arc is meaningless to the film. Max Lord also is two dimensional. There just is nothing to care about in this movie

Watched this movie under a different name on Amazon prime. It was called "It's a zoo in here" but it is the same movie.
