I always had that one thing for Vidhu Vinod Chopra as a producer after watching Munnabhai series, 3 Idiots and PK that this man knows the business of Cinema. Yes I had watched his previous film as director viz 1942 A Love Story and Mission Kashmir but it was those time I couldn't grasp those kind of cinema. Then I come across Shikara where I first noticed him as a director. And after watching his latest masterclass "12th Fail" . I can say with assurity that Vidhu Vinod Chopra is the man who knows business as well as the art. I just wish he works on more film as a director, we need people like him during this time delivery quality and out of league cinema as compared to topics of other cinema.

Some gem always remain buried underneath somewhere which only gets its value once unearthed; "Salim Langde Pe Mat Ro" is surely one shuch gem of art. I have seen some movies from 50s,60s,70s and so on in different languages. Amongst them some were those which I called ahead of their time and still relevant today and some were film which were just released yester years but still lagging in time and there were others which doesn't even matter. It's the first time I have watched a movie which I can say is for all the time. It's immortal in my views. And it's indeed necessary to unearth such films and bring it forward to the audience which deserves it.

If i ever be blessed to make adaptation of such beautiful, dilicious and aromatic movie I will surely name it to be "An Oyster". You can literally see the gist of this marvelous poetry in form of an Oyester like how an Oyester keep waiting all his life for that one drop of water to fall in his shell . The way his nurture that single drop by all his life to make it to what it's destined to be. And once the Pearl is ready to seat in its own ring the oyster leaves it behind and go on wondering his own journey of spirit. Without even getting in to bit of its script and plot I can guarantee you that this Ustad will surely fulfill all your taste buds.

Gifted is an indeed a gifted delight to our eyes. It's like a MasterChef has really made a special sweet dish for with all the toppings he can manage on it. Mark Webb is again at his best here, Chris Evans look natural and has done perfect justice to his role. Speaking about Mary, what a perfectly gifted child Mary is . You put apart her gift and you will still find her gifted in some or another sense. It was such a important role in this movie and she has indeed carried it very well on her Little tiny shoulder. I may be overestimating but her performance is indeed better among the whole band. For the closure i would like to appreciate Mark Webb again and will just give an advice. Wherever you see "A Mark Webb Film", You watch it ; Name and Cast doesn't even matter it's delight.

Combination of Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz is itself worth few stars. The Holiday is kind of movie which indeed take you through the all the emotions and state of theme of the movie. It's wonderful to see how things unfold for both Kate and Cameron. It's indeed a feature where characters from there real life jumps into their respective bookish life. It even teaches one how something useless or better we can say not of use in good concern is useful or is of use to someone else. Which is all they need in order to fill the missing blocks of their own vision. The Holiday might split audience in two halves based on there personality; I found myself happy in "Iris's half"

If speaking about Sahib Bibi aur Ghulam, it's is surely a classic gem of story telling and it's plot. It's hard to rate whose performance is way above as Meena Kumari, Waheeda Rehman and Gurudatta has given their best for this marvel. Sahib Bibi aur Ghulam is indeed a story ahead of its time in way Gurudatta has succeeded to portray Meena Kumaris character cladded with brilliant acting of Meena. Waheeda is indeed living in her own world portraying jaba; with whom you can easily fall in love with. Let's not put apart the music , which is indeed above par than the recent standards. You will surely enjoy all the melodies by Geeta Datt and one by Asha bhosle which is my personal favourite "Bhawaraan Bada Nadan hai"
