It's decent

I would rate this one 8/10 if there was a better actress than Sarah Wayne Callies. She is completely unnatural and constantly overacting, like we already know from her previous movies and shows. Even when she doesn't speak a word, she "shines" that mediocre-acting-vibe. However, the movie itself is pretty nice. Nice storyline, nice jumpscares. I've expected some Ouija kind of movie, but it turned out to be something relatively unique. The ending, which I find very important in this genre, is very good in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend this movie to people who like watching a simple horror jumpscarish movie without much to think about later on.

Slow, boring and bad acting

I don't know if Valorie Curry is awful actress, or her character is very irritating. Tbh, Langdon actor isn't that bad, but Tom Hanks carried the character and it's just not the same with or without him.

I clearly can't see what the majority here sees

Apart from a pretty obvious cheesy ending, not so remarkable acting skills and some scenes missing (those could have made the storyline even more tensed and explained some things even further), this movie is quite awesome. I really enjoyed it.

Not my type, but not that bad either

I don't like the slashers. The only reason I wanted to watch this is that it's Wan's movie. On the other hand, the idea is not that bad and I can't say that you shouldn't watch it. It is a bit predictable, there are some inconsistencies, but it's not like I wasted my time by watching it. Acting could have been better, some scenes gave me an impression that this couldn't be Wan's movie. Especially some Indian soap opera moments that shouldn't be in a modern horror film. I give it 6/10 instead of 7/10 only because of the soundtracks. I like that kind of music, but please, combining it with this genre is horrible. This is not Blade, don't try to make an impression like it is.

Nice idea, nice ending. Some irritating characters and completely meaningless and epileptic frames. Like I was watching an Indian soap opera and the camera guy had Parkinson.

I've seen worse

The caption of this movie in Serbia is translated as "The Haunted House". Nothing is haunted here, nor you will ever think that it is while watching it. Pretty descent idea, but too much time is wasted on kinda irrelevant things for the plot.

Nice plot, good movie, but main characters are too cringy and, to quote the only one that is awesome, too "pain in the ass".

Probably won't scare you, but it is unsettling

8/10 because it really tricked me a couple of times. Constant feeling of "already seen", but it will prove you wrong many times.

Not waste of time, but not something to me proud of either

Somehow I don't think the actors are bad, but their acting is. I can't explain it. At first I thought that the movie is awful. At one exact point in the 2nd half I realised that it could turn out being very good, but in the end it blew away the opportunity and finished awfulish.

Boredom

This show proves that having good actors isn't necessarily enough to make a good thing. The story is so hard to follow, I feel like I need to put effort into it. Dragan Jovanovic is the only thing that is keeping this alive, but besides him there is nothing to be proud of. Too many characters, too many unexplained stories too apart from each other... I don't get it how anyone could've made this and said "It's good, I love it". Music is nice though.

Everything said in the headline. Cheap version of Latino, Turkish and Indian soap operas.

High school acting
28 December 2019
I can't remember watching a show with level of acting this low. You can compare young actors in "Dug moru" and young actors in this show and you will realise why good casting is very important. You can also see that we have a new generation of good actors, but you definitely can't find them in "Junaci naseg doba". Whole scenario and plot looks like it was written on demand, not as a product of an artistic inspiration. Each and every episode can be summarized in 15-20 seconds of talking (scenes that are almost completely irrelevant for the plot are at least 10 minutes long; dialogues are twice as long as they should be because actors are spinning around asking questions in disbelief or bad hearing, but that's typical for Pavic). At least there are some good characters in the show carried only by the marvelous veteran actors, not by the story that was given to them, but that's all. (P. S. Music and sound mastering in general are not on high school, but kindergarten level)
