The Pebble and the Penguin (1995)
Best ever
I am in my 50's and saw this movie when it was first released. It is by far my favourite animated movie of all time. I love all the characters and who was chosen to play them. And the music is wonderful, how could you go wrong with Barry Manilow writing and arranging it all. I honestly can't understand how it was given such bad ratings. My daughter and I love watching this together, we know the movie word for word and sing along to every song. Tim Curry as the villan is always a plus in any movie, he is such an underrated actor who can play any type of roll. I urge everybody to give this movie a try, I'm sure you'll be surprised 10/10.
The Villain (1979)
Crazy but funny
I absolutely love this movie. It's one I always put on when I'm feeling down. I don't know how people can't laugh. Not one of Arnie's best but it was one of his first movies. But I think my favourite character in the whole movie is Whiskey, the horse. All in all a great fun movie for a laugh.
Lucifer: Til Death Do Us Part (2018)
Lucifer and Cain
This is definitely my favourite episode so far. The way these 2 gorgeous guys work together is fantastic and their undercover work is hilarious. I could watch this ep over and over again.
It Chapter Two (2019)
I totally disliked this
When I saw the first half in 2017 I was really upset that I had to wait 2 and a half years to see Chapter 2. I shouldn't have been. This movie is terrible, long and boring and I actually fell asleep in the cinema. I don't even know where to start with what's wrong
Firstly of course it was too long. There was way to much CGI. No offence to Bill Skarsgard but he doesn't hold a candle next to Tim Curry's version of Pennywise. Then you have the insinuation of Richie's feelings toward Eddie, give me strength, that was totally uncalled for.And then of course they go and change the entire ending of the movie. I honestly don't know why they can't stick to perfection. If I had been able to give a zero out of ten, I would have.
Doctor Sleep (2019)
I love it
This is one book, that after reading it I couldn't wait for it to come to the big screen, without being butchered. Unfortunately some of Mr King's remakes or newer movies aren't all they are cracked up to be. Too many changes, too many new characters. This however was FANTASTIC, and like the book I couldn't tear myself away. I say go see it
Fantasy Island (2020)
I liked it
I don't read reviews before watching anything, I don't want others opinions going round in my mind. I had never heard of this movie but saw it one night and decided to give it a go. It's not a brilliant movie but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't know why some people gave it such a low rating. I recommend watching it.
Supernatural: Yellow Fever (2008)
Jensen is amazing
Definitely my favourite episode. Jensen's comidic side really comes out in this episode. Probably the most used Supernatural meme used also 10/10
Sticky Moments with Julian Clary (1989)
Still funny
I've just watched this show for the first time in 30 years. It is still as funny now as it was then. I honestly haven't laughed so much in such a long time. If I could rate it higher than 10 I would.
Clue (1985)
My Fave Movie
This would have to be my favourite movie of all time. I laugh every time I watch it, and I have watched it about 30 or 40 times. The one liners are brilliant especially from Mrs White about husbands but the glory of this movie belongs to Tim Curry. What an absolute talent this man is. He can play any role given. Absolute brilliant cast. Who would have thought murder could be so much fun.
