A low budget movie with real substance
30 June 2006
The Devil Wears Spurs is the kind of film that subtly grabs you from the beginning and just doesn't let go. It features an outstanding ensemble cast of actors that clearly had there hearts invested in the project. The locations and cinematography are truly breathtaking as well as the inventive score accompanying them. The set and costume design is amazing too. I look forward to seeing more work from this group in the future and think Nick Sowell and Charlton Thorp should be applauded for making a film of this caliber on such a low budget. I can't wait to see it again in the Los Angeles Film Festival, where it belongs.
