The Mist (2007)
Truly Amazing, A Real Classic Horror Flick...
26 November 2007
I wonder, how does anyone start writing 'bout such a great flick. Where to begin? I mean, when I first saw the trailer I thought this movie was going to be another cheesy wannabe horror movie but Oh man, what was I wrong. I never thought nowadays, that I would be sitting at the cinema with a girl grabbing my hand so tight, and me myself doing the same thing to her hand. The scenes were so tense and exciting that I just wanted to leave the theater And stay there at the same time. Why did I want to leave? Well for the simple fact that during the whole movie, I thought I was one of the characters, afraid of what was coming next.

The actors ALL did a great job, especially Marcia Gay Harden as the Christian psycho. How many times did I want to slap her to the face. Thomas Jane really got up a notch in his acting ability. He really played his part convincing and true. Just all the actors did a fine job...

Now the ending, before I saw this movie, I read a few comments on this board and some people said they were disappointed by the ending. I wonder, what was wrong with it. I mean, was it wrong because the ending almost (in my case) made you cry? Like you really wanted to jump out of your body and run away like Forest? I truly believe that the ending was just PERFECT. The last minute was breathtaking.

You rarely see a movie where you actually feel like your one of the main characters.

So folks, really, believe me, when it comes to horror movies I'm rather criticizing than praising them. But The Mist is just a top notch quality movie. Don't miss it at the cinemas 'coz you'll regret it big time!

Really funny...
5 May 2007
Folks, this is one of the funniest stand-up comedy I've ever seen. You'll immediately laugh from the second Jamel Debbouze gets on stage. And believe me when I say you'll laugh until the end.

The jokes aren't far fetched and always at point. You would think that Jamel Debbouze would loose his funny vibe, after becoming well know on the big screen BUT what was I wrong. He really knows what he's talking about and didn't make any mistake.

I've watched this show every day since the first day I laid my eyes on it and I'm sure you will all love it too. I so hope he'll ever do another one

My score: DEFENATLY 10/10!

Good, but came out too late...

Warning: Spoilers
I recently saw this flick and to be honest, I don't know what to think about it. The movie was descent, the acting was descent too but the storyline didn't do it for me. This was because I already saw TCM 1 and I knew what I would expect from this one.

Too bad for me, but the thing that ruined it from being "great" was the fact that on the back of my mind, I knew that all the actors would die AND that one of the Cannibals would be cripple.

Overall, the flick was fine but not great. My advice, If you want to see a horror movie without thinking about its ending, see this one. 6/10

Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Start of a brand new Era of Film...
1 May 2007
I just got home from seeing this movie and for the first time I find it worthy to write a comment about Spider Man 3.

Let me just start by answering the big question that's on a lot of the fans's mind: Is Spder-Man 3 better than its predecessors? Yes, Hell Yess!! Not only the visual effects are better but also the story, characters, villains,...

It has been a long time since I've laughed during an action movie. The villains were outstanding, I mostly enjoyed Topher Grace as Venom (though it would have been better if he would've had more screen time). James France did a great job too, certainly at the end. Kirsten Dunst, still looking great, even when being sad. She did a great job as M.J.. But the big surprise of all is Tobey Maguire. The way he changed from the "Nerd" guy into "Mr. Badass" just cracked me up. He did such a great job that I'll watch this movie again in theaters as soon I get a chance.

This movie really has it all, you'll laugh, you'll enjoy the action, special effects, story and for the faint of hearts: you'll cry as well...

I highly recommend to go and watch this movie, don't miss it
