Cheat (2023)
The rules are simple, not the smartest player wins.
Four contestants take turns answering trivia questions and they have an option to cheat if they don't know the answer. Meaning, there is a hidden button they can press which will reveal the answer to them on their screen and the pot is communal. But if another player correctly accuses them of cheating, it gives them a better chance to advance to the next round and they can choose who gets eliminated. In the final round, giving a wrong answer means a sudden game over, so does incorrectly calling someone out on a cheat. I found the questions a bit too easy, but that was funny because they reveal to the viewers when people cheated and it was more frequent than I thought. People even made up lies to explain how they "knew" the answers to make themselves seem more believable when called out. It was a kind of frustrating to watch the smartest people lose to stupid people who could just hide their body language better, but that's part of the fun.
Kate & Koji (2020)
Welcome back to the 90s
The live studio audience gives it a 90s feel, as well as the setting. The comedy is often mature and childish at the same time. I don't mind they replaced the actor who plays Koji. I hope it gets a season 3 and more. It reminds me of Doc Martin because they sometimes deal with medical stuff, but it also has a Friday Night Dinner vibe.
Decline and Fall (2017)
Fun, Funny, Sexy, and Nostalgic
A must-see for any fans of Jack Whitehall, Eva Longoria, and Stephen Graham. My only complaint is it's only three episodes!
Doc Martin (2004)
My favorite show ever!
Each episode solves a new medical mystery and there is an ongoing story as well. Perfect British television, dry humor and charming countryside. Bring on season 10!
The Orville (2017)
Looking forward to season 3 in 2020!
It's Star Trek Next Generation. Bring on season 3!
Are You Afraid of the Dark? (2019)
Worth the watch
Vibes from IT and the original AYAOTD. Good entertainment for teens and adults.
Blair Witch (2016)
Better than the first.
If you liked this movie you'll love The Axiom 2018. Thank me later.
Back (2017)
Gotta love Mitchell and Webb
If you like Peep Show, this is great! While not as crazy, their sense of comedy remains.
The Orville: Identity (2019)
Legendary episode
I always knew Isaac was a chump! But I didn't see that all out war with the federation coming. And damn, that back story about genocide on their race's organic creators was mind blowing. Do you think Isaac will grow a heart and stop the attack on Earth before it's too late?
Garden Rescue (2016)
Great gardening show!
This show is very entertaining. The Rich brothers and Charlie always have great ideas to help home owners fulfill their gardening wishes. Surely an inspiration for DIYers. It is fun and informative. The designs for planting beds, pergolas, paths, materials and plant choices are awesome. I love how they are able to attrack wildlife, create a since of wonder around corners, make focal points, create playgrounds, terraces, and do something other than line the edges of a square lawn. Clients vary from retired couples to families with children to single bachelors, all with a budgets of usually 2,000~6,000 pounds. The only wish I have is that they do more return visits to see how things have grown. Maybe they could make a special episode with multiple followups from gardens they rescued from previous seasons. I hope this show continues for many more seasons! Keep on rescuing! It reminds me of Treehouse Masters the way the cast goofs around.
