Disgusting In The Worst Way Possible.
21 February 2019
I am a horror fan, I've been watching horror movies since I was about 4. However, I stay clear from torture porn films like this. Only seen the first Saw, and that's about it. However, unlike Saw, this movie feels.... Fetish-y, ya know? The violence (Mostly sexual violence) shook me to my core. It feels too grounded at times, and to mention the lead actress was maimed by a piece of glass during filming... The plot was clever, the acting soild, but the violence... Disgusting.

Good Manners (2017)

Fantastic, but flawed.
21 February 2019
I'm more of a killer doll type of guy myself, but I enjoy a good werewolf movie here and there and this one is a must watch for anyone who is into werewolves. Yes, it's subtitled - But, give it a chance. It's equal parts cute and depressing, clever and idiotic. A fantastic movie with a few notable flaws. The movie has these random moments that seem like there going somewhere, but end up nowhere. Some of the acting is hilariously bad, some of it is great. It's mainly the concept of a vegan 7 year old werewolf and his lesbain mother that holds the movie together. A fantastically flawed movie. Can see this being a 8 or 9 in the eyes of a werewolf lover.

It's A Fun Movie, Just Not A Great One.

It's a fun movie, just not a great one. It has one to many cringe worthy moments and the kills leave much to be desired. The concept is fun, the executed is fun, the characters and acting are fun.

Slender Man (I) (2018)
4/10
It's Not THAT bad, but still bad.
21 February 2019
Simply put; The first half is boring as all Hell and the second half is pretty cool. I was about 13ish when Slender became the short lived household name. Being a lover of horror at the time, I ate it up. I am the demographic for this movie ~ It's just below average. The first half barely had any substance to it, the second was trippy, scary and attention grabbing.

If you didn't grow up with Slender, skip it. If you're curious, the second half is worth it.

The Ranger (2018)

Fun, But Deserving Of The 5.1 Star Rating.
21 February 2019
Nice time killer. Has some pretty creative kills, the characters aren't too hard to like. The Ranger is a pretty fly killer, if I say so myself. The acting of both the punks and The Ranger is cheesy, but overall passable. It's Just an enjoyable, but forgettable time waster.

It's Just A Below Average Raunchy Comedy
21 February 2019
Jokes never really land, the characters are forgettable and unlikable. The murderer is apparent 10 minutes in. The plot is as thin as a tortilla. If wasn't for an occasional chuckle and the amazing puppeteering, it'd get a 3. It's harmless, but boring. Trying too hard while not trying hard enough. If you're into raunchy comedies, give it a watch. It won't kill you - or make you laugh out loud.

Don't Breathe (2016)

A Nerve, But Overall Dumb movie.
21 February 2019
'Don't Breathe' was enjoyable, but it suffers from "Dumb Characters Doing Dumb Things At The Worse Time" syndrome. Also, characters just won't die - Throw them through a 2nd story window, shoot them, stab them in the chest with a pair of garden sheets, they ain't dying. The twist is very stupid, and unrealistic. The characters are unlikable. The old man's backstory is a great idea, just poorly executed. But hey, It's certainly not boring.

Split (IX) (2016)

A Very Intresting And Enjoyable Movie With A Few Flaws...
21 February 2019
With the hyped up release of 'Glass', I decided to watch 'Unbreakable' and 'Split' to see what all the commation was about. I enjoyed both films prefusely, bit I do favor Split over Unbreakable. I'm a huge horror movie fan, and not that much into superhero or action movies so call me biased if you please.

The acting was phenomenal, especially from James McAvoy, and Anya Taylor-Joy. Though not all the characters were developed, Kevin, Casey, and Dr. Fletcher felt very fleshed out. Sounds great right? Well... Every other character (Including Casey's two friends - who were also kidnapped) feels bland and forgettable. Another problem is; despite having 24 personalities, we only see about 10 of Kevin's idienities, and, though seeing the movie 3 times, can only remember 4... A very fun, enjoyable movies with a few flaws.
