Il socioplay del Canto di Natale al Teatro Moncada di Catania
A theater not loved by the people of Catania is that of Moncada in the Librino district which has suffered several attempts at destruction due to the icy nature of its iron and concrete structures. The city decided to inaugurate its last restoration with a socioplay on Dickens' Christmas Carol open to middle school students and based on the socioplay that Ottavio Rosati had made in Rome a year earlier for RaiSat and the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere. But, beyond the festive atmosphere that was reached during the game, the socioplay did not avoid new attacks and devastations at the Moncada Theater. Perhaps it remains in the memories of the boys a joyful and free experience that for a few hours warmed up one of the world's worst theaters.
