Robyn Michelle "Splish Splash" Music Video - Director: Chip Miller
This is the debut music video single, "Splish Splash" from pop singer Robyn Michelle. Written and directed by Chip Miller for Curb Records, the video was produced and edited by Travis Miller. Shot on locations around Los Angeles, Griffith Park, and on the Burbank Sound Stages in Burbank, the video was a production of Millers former production company, Red Hots Productions. Bryan Greenberg was Director Of Photography. Harley Hatcher, legendary record producer and songwriter, was executive producer. "Splish Splash," was inspired by the original pop hit from the iconic Bobby Darin. Darins Hollywood Walk of Fame star can be seen at the beginning of the video, located in front of the Avalon Hollywood Theater (formerly The Hollywood Palace) across from Capitol Records. Director/co-editor, Chip Miller, went for a pop sensibility, but with a style conveying the fun of 50s be-bop dance. Miller shares how Robyn even takes a bubble bath in the video, and gives a lively, sassy performance that was Hannah Montana years before Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus happened. Miller heads the film and TV production and post-production company, Desert C.A.M. Studios, located in Burbank and Palm Desert, CA.
