- Peter and Gordon reunited in 2005 for a tribute to Mike Smith of The Dave Clark Five. They went on to play concerts around the world. Their last big performance was in August 2008.
- His friend Paul McCartney, of The Beatles, wrote his song, "Yesterday", during a brief stay at Peter's home. McCartney was engaged to his sister, Jane Asher, around that time.
