While planning for the wedding, Monica asks Chandler whether he thinks they should have lilies or roses for the wedding. Monica says that they are going to have lilies (not taking into account Chandler's opinion). But at the wedding itself, Monica's bouquet is made with roses, as are the boutonnieres. The aisle is also sprinkled with rose petals.
The second time Chandler and Monica kiss, after exchanging rings, Chandler's left arm goes from Monica's waist to her neck to her waist again with each camera cut.
At one point, Rachel states "she's never going to get married." However, she was already married to Ross for six months during the previous season, though it's possible she was referring to a proper marriage.
When Rachel finds the Greek Orthodox priest and asks him to do the ceremony, he had just finished officiating at another wedding. However, those of the Greek Orthodox faith would be getting married in a church, not in a hotel. Also, as he starts the ceremony, the priest says, "Dearly Beloved...". Greek Orthodox weddings are done only in Greek, not in English.
Most production companies don't film on Saturday or Sunday, so Joey wouldn't have been expected to work since they filmed for what appears to have been a few hours the previous (Friday) night. Since they filmed that night, there's no indication that Richard was drinking while on set, even though the director states he has been drinking all night.
Within this same error, it appears as though Joey's call time was relatively early (after working all night) and he wouldn't have the authority to stop production for the day due to Richard being drunk. The director also reminds him that he's scheduled to work on Monday.

Many think that Chandler's office door plaque reading Mike Smith is a goof. However, in the DVD version Ross points out the different name on the door and Chandler says "I was sure this was my office."
During the ceremony immediately after Joey runs in and approaches Monica and Chandler, you can see that the book the Greek Orthodox priest is holding is actually a photo album.
When Monica and Chandler are getting married, as they both turn around to get the rings, one of Monica's feet show. It appears that she is wearing what looks like brown UGGs, but certainly not wedding shoes.
In the beginning of the ceremony, right after Joey says "...more perfect for each other", he stops talking and the camera moves to Monica's face to catch her reaction. In the right side there is Joey in the background and he mouths something like "...marriage" but it is clearly not connected to the previous shot and no audio is heard, we just see his lips moving.
When Ross is convincing Chandler to return from his office we hear him say "that's not scary is it?" and his mouth clearly doesn't move.
Chandler says Paul Newman is the only one who can make a marriage work, however Newman was divorced.
