Oh no, not Harold!
The elderly, endearing character is one of Neighbours' most iconic residents. Besides being a rich source of Ramsey Street history, he's also one of the few Erinsborough residents to return from the dead.
But according to spoilers for Neighbours during the week of 9-25-23, Karl begins to worry that there's something more to Harold's recent memory lapses than meets the eye. Could this be the beginning of the end for Harold?
Harold's memory problems, coupled with the Karl spoiler, likely point toward Alzheimer's or another form of dementia.
Much of his forgetfulness up to this point could be attributed to his preoccupation with that history book he's carrying around. However, forgetting he had a wedding to attend -- one of the reasons he was in town -- was strange.

Guy Pearce was declared ‘Most Valuable Player’ after his show-stealing turn in the finale of Aussie soap Neighbours last year.
Now the star of L.A. Confidential and Memento has confirmed he will return to the show’s location of Ramsay Street once more, following news that it is being revived by Amazon Freevee and Prime Video.
Pearce played Mike Young for more than 400 episodes following his debut in 1986, and returned for the show’s apparent grand finale in July 2022, where Mike was seen reuniting with love interest Jane Harris (Australian actress Annie Jones) and buying a house together on Ramsay Street.
Pearce told Channel Nine’s good Weekend Talks podcast that he wanted to respect the show’s storyline, and appear again as needed.
He revealed:

“America’s Got Talent” continued the final phase of its unconventional season 15 on Tuesday with the third live performance show and Wednesday with the results of that show based on audience votes. In this quarter-finals round, which consists of four episodes, 11 acts per night will perform for the judges. For the “America’s Got Talent” Season 15 live shows, 44 acts will perform for America’s vote across four weeks. Tour our photos above for a preview of the third group of 11 “Agt” quarter-finalists that will take the live stage at Universal Studios Hollywood on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. This group notably includes two Golden Buzzers: Heidi Klum‘s singer Cristina Rae and Simon Cowell‘s dance act Waffle Crew.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic the entire season had to be re-structured, including the all-important live shows. Several of the acts who initially auditioned online due to stay-at-home orders will now come to Hollywood to perform, despite there not being a live studio audience. Host Terry Crews returned for this 15th season, as did judges Simon, Heidi and Howie Mandel. New judge Sofia Vergara joined the “Agt” crew for the first time. After Simon broke his back, he was replaced on the panel by a rotating guest judge.

Simon Cowell made a bold statement on Tuesday’s episode of “America’s Got Talent” that took his fellow judge Howie Mandel by surprise. “People who judge other people are idiots,” said the most iconic judge in reality TV history. He quickly clarified his point when Howie humorously pointed out that they were literally sitting on a judging panel. “No, judge for the wrong reasons!” Simon asserted while Sofia Vergara chuckled beside him. Simon was speaking to singer Shaquira McGrath, who was auditioning after spending years plagued by negative comments about her appearance. Watch Shaquira’s audition above.
“For the last 20 plus years I’ve been too insecure to go out there and show my talent and be myself,” the aspiring singer from Kennesaw, Georgia told host Terry Crews before taking the stage. “This is my moment to do that.” After taking her place in front of the judges, Shaquira told...

Hey, "America's Got Talent" fans. Tonight, June 23, 2020,another new episode of America's Got Talent did indeed air. Tonight, was the 5th round of early auditions. All the judges: Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara were, of course, on hand. Poor Heidi Klum was out with a strange sickness. So, Sofia’s Modern Family castmate, Eric Stonestreet sat in for Heidi. Up first for the auditions was 12 year old singer Annie Jones. She's from Australia, and she starred in productions of School of Rock and Annie. After her performance, Sofia said, "I thought you were so confident." Howie said, "You're a beautiful little dance monkey." Simon said, "I loved your twist on the song. Your confidence is amazing.” Annie got a yes from all three judges because Eric Stonestreet wasn't there yet to judge this one. So, Annie made it through to the next round.

Annie Jones, a 12-year-old Australian singer, had big shoes to fill during Tuesday’s fourth episode of “America’s Got Talent” as she was the act that opened the entire show. Judges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel watched as the pint-sized girl in a yellow dress walked out on stage; the fourth judge, Heidi Klum, was sick. Before belting out Tones and I‘s “Dance Monkey,” Annie confirmed she’s been singing since she was seven years old — or just about half her life. What did the judges think of Annie’s performance? Watch the “Agt” video above.

“America’s Got Talent” season 15 continues on June 23 with another two-hour episode showcasing the best (and worst) auditions. In this phase of “Agt,” an act needs at least three of the four judges to give them a “yes” vote to advance to the next round. If two or more judges buzz the act, it is immediately eliminated.
Each judge, along with host Terry Crews, has one chance to hit the “golden buzzer” and send an act straight through to the live performances. Terry was inspired to press his golden buzzer on the season 15 premiere by the performance of the Voices of Our City Choir. Their mission is to serve the homeless community of San Diego. In their audition they sang “Sounds of the Sidewalk,” an original tune written and produced through their songwriting clinic. In the second episode, new judge Vergara made it rain gold for 10-year-old Roberta Battaglia who delivered...

As production begins on the first Underbelly telemovie, The New York Magazine reports that American pay TV network Starz has acquired the Us rights to the crime series and is developing a remake, which is “a top priority” for them.
The blog Vulture says Starz CEO Chris Albrecht is “clearly hoping Underbelly’s phenomenal success in Australia can be replicated” in the Us, although the remake won’t use the Australian scripts and is instead researching American crime families that could have effective story arcs built around.
The report says that “assuming the right real-life inspiration can be found quickly, a script could be ready well before the end of the year. If Albrecht likes what he sees on the page, insiders say he’s prepared to eschew the usual pilot stage for Underbelly, and go straight to series.”
