As if the sexual tension in Catherine Hardwicke's ('Twilight', 'Red Riding Hood') new sexually tense thriller 'Plush' wasn't already at boiling point with the inclusion of eye candy for both the guys and girls an additional name has been added to the hot list. Sizzling actress Dawn Olivieri, star of such TV shows as 'The Vampire Diaries' and Showtime's 'House of Lies', has just joined the project and is set to play the band manager of 'Plush'. Cam Gigandet is set to play her husband whilst its the gorgeous Emily Browning ('Sucker Punch', 'Sleeping Beauty') who'll be rocking her socks off (and more hopefully). The flick, co-penned by Hardwicke along with Arty Nelson, will also star another Twilight Saga alumni in the form of Xavier Samuel ('Bait'). Head below for a welcome shot of Miss Olivieri.

• Reese Witherspoon is on board to produce and star in The Beard, a romantic comedy about a woman who serves as a fake date for a gay man to help him pass as straight. Incredibly, the project marks Witherspoon’s first (pardon the pun) straight-up romantic comedy since 2005′s Just Like Heaven (last spring’s action comedy This Means War doesn’t count). Becca Greene (a writer on MTV’s 2011 animated series Good Vibes) penned the script. [THR]
