- At one point, they called themselves Chicago Transit Authority, but received a cease-and-desist order from the Chicago city transportation agency, also called the Chicago Transit Authority, stating that it was the sole proprietary owner of that name and if the band didn't change it, they would be sued. They changed it to Chicago.
