Rupert Sanders is a British filmmaker from Westminster, London who is known for directing Snow White and the Huntsman and the live-action film based on Ghost in the Shell. He also directed The Life, an advertising campaign for Halo 3: ODST and the pilot of the Apple TV science fiction show Foundation. He was married to Liberty Ross and had 2 children.
Made his feature film debut with Snow White and the Huntsman (2012). The film featured his then wife, Liberty Ross, as Snow White's mother. Snow White was played by Kristen Stewart, with whom he had an affair and eventually caused his wife to divorce him.
Previously married to model Liberty Ross. They have two children together - son Tennyson and daughter Skyla.
