When the CSI show the video feed to Nick's parents, the timer is clearly inconsistent. It is most visible at the end of the scene: just before Nick's father leaves the room, the timer is on 04:01:42 going down to 04:01:39. When Catherine looks at the screen 18 seconds later into the scene the timer is still at 04:01:39.
The piece of paper with Kelly Gordon's case notes on has the sex as 'M' and D.O.B in 1959, Kelly is quite clearly not a man or 46! If these details referred to her father this would not make him old enough to have a daughter her age.
When two of the characters discuss the address that the perpetrator provided to the man who made the delivery to CSI, it was described as "between Flamingo and Koval." These two streets run perpendicular to each other, and there is no place that they're parallel.
Just when the Producer credit is displayed, the lab tech is shown explaining a board game to one of the field agents. He says, "... you can only roll one dice..." No, the singular form of "dice" is "die". This is not the first time the CSI scriptwriters have forced a character to call one die by the plural.
