Sex & Nudity
-
- There is a scene where the main character transforms from dog to human, although he is depicted as wearing no clothes when he becomes fully human. There is no sight of explicit nudity except from brief buttock nudity, but this is fairly quick and difficult to notice.
- This is a furry movie. Need I say more?
Violence & Gore
-
- There is some mild violence shown throughout the film, although a majority of it is comedic (slapstick) in nature.
Profanity
-
- Occasional rude language such as "butts" is spoken, but there is no explicit language or profanities.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- There is a scene where the main character walks down a dark alley, and a very eccentric and wild dog emerges from a cardboard box and asks the main character what he is "looking for". This could be attributed as a subtle comic reference to a drug dealer.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- There are moments of mild threat throughout, including some images which might scare very young children. However, a many scenes of threat have an element of humour.
Spoilers

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the opening sequence, it is thought that the main character's father has died from falling off of a cliff. The main character is shown to be very upset by this. However, towards the end of the film, it turns out that the father is alive and is reunited with the main character.
