Episode 62 begins with Burt switching to basketball dribbling,while trying to comfort Mary's fears about the purpose behind his record breaking obsession.Jessica hopes to rekindle her romance with Detective George Donohue(John Byner),only to learn that he has just married another woman(Sandra McCabe); she later drops by to share her misery with her sister Mary(whose own depressions,particularly over Danny's relationship with a black girl,can never top Jessica's).Dutch confides in Corinne his doubts about Eunice,who later reveals that her running around is just a reaction to her deep feelings for Dutch(the look on her face proves the lie to her phony protestations).
