- Harry Pilcer was born on April 29, 1885 in New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for The Razor's Edge (1946), Cinderella (1937) and La femme rêvée (1929). He died on January 14, 1961 in Cannes, Alpes-Maritimes, France.
- American actor, dancer and choreographer, often in partnership with French star Gaby Deslys on the Broadway stage ("Vera Violetta" (1911), "The Honeymoon Express"(1913), "The Belle of Bond Street"(1914) and "Stop Look! Listen!"(1916)) and in several silent films. After the untimely death of Deslys, he teamed up with another French star, Mistinguett, for ten years. Pilcer later became master of ceremonies at casinos in the south of France.
