Lamest episode of the season
My overall rating of "Galavant"'s Season 1: 5/10.
I guess you can't deny that it takes balls to make an episode of a comedy, fill it with "purposely" unfunny jokes and call it "Comedy gold". Lamest comedy in the season by far is concentrated here. The songs are also rather lame, both musically and lyrically. The moral of the story is even worse, and just doesn't make sense. They didn't even give us a delicious bit of continuity they could have by showing Galavant wear a bandage around his cut! Only a couple of scenes are actually interesting (such as the king's scaring the jester) so the episode ends up not great overall.
