A good but complicated film and Tom Tryon is very good in his role. But there aren't a lot of great stars! Only John Huston & Romy Schneider in a small role. But the great problem is that the film takes 175 minutes to watch and that is to long. It is tragic, but there are good moments in it. I saw it because of Romy but her part was to small. Sadly.
